基于新材料行业创新创业特性的风险投资研究

【摘要】:新材料产业是国民经济的重要产业之一,是我国七大战略新兴产业之一,无论是国防科工、航天航空,还是人们的日常生活都离不开新材料的应用,我国2012年发布了《新材料产业“十二五”发展规划》,指明了我国在十二五期间新材料产业的发展方向和目标,对今后我国新材料行业的发展起到了非常重要的作用,然而,新材料行业属于高新技术产业,具有高风险的特点,并且很多新材料技术都掌握在发达国家手中,因此发展新材料行业将会遇到许多困难,而风险投资对于新材料行业的发展有着非常重要的作用,本文在分析新材料行业自身特点和所遇风险的基础上,讨论风险投资对于新材料行业创新创业的影响作用。 新材料行业具有自身的独特特点,由于其强烈的基础性,为此必须通过产品送达市场,与市场之间的技术链极其长,导致风险难以发现。同时市场产品对于新材料要求越来越高,制造新材料的科技也越来越高。虽然其创新创业链具有高新技术产业的共同特点,但是还是有着其自身的特点与特性。然而,相应的新材料行业创新创业会遇到技术风险、市场风险、管理风险和战略风险等种种风险,为了降低或者规避风险,风险投资的引入将会起到积极的作用,本文利用了我国上市公司的数据,从数据上分析论证了风险投资对于新材料企业创新、销售及市场表现等方面的促进作用。 本文分为六个章节。第1章节为绪论,说明了研究背景、意义,并对相关文献做了综述,还介绍了本文的研究目标、内容、方法和技术路线;第2章节对新材料行业创新创业的各项特性进行了分析;第3章节对新材料行业创新创业过程中遇到的各种风险进行了分析:第4章节分析了风险投资对于新材料行业创新创业的影响作用;第5章节结合冠昊生物的案例分析验证了风险投资对于新材料企业发展过程的积极作用;第6章节是总结以及展望。
[Abstract]:The new material industry is one of the important industries in the national economy and one of the seven strategic emerging industries in China. Whether it is national defense science, aerospace, or people's daily life, it is inseparable from the application of new materials. In 2012, China issued the 12th Five-Year Plan for New Materials Industry, which indicates the development direction and goal of new material industry in China during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, and plays a very important role in the development of new material industry in China in the future. However, The new material industry is a high-tech industry with the characteristics of high risk, and many new materials and technologies are in the hands of developed countries. Therefore, there will be many difficulties in developing the new material industry. Venture capital plays an important role in the development of new material industry. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and risks of new material industry, this paper discusses the impact of venture capital on innovation and entrepreneurship in new material industry. The new material industry has its own unique characteristics and, because of its strong foundation, it must reach the market through products, and the technological chain with the market is extremely long. At the same time, the market products are demanding more and more new materials, and the technology of manufacturing new materials is becoming higher and higher. Although its innovation and entrepreneurship chain has the common characteristics of high-tech industries, But it still has its own characteristics and characteristics. However, the corresponding innovation and entrepreneurship in the new material industry will encounter various risks, such as technology risk, market risk, management risk and strategic risk, in order to reduce or avoid the risk. The introduction of venture capital will play a positive role. This paper makes use of the data of listed companies in China to analyze and demonstrate the role of venture capital in promoting the innovation, sales and market performance of new materials enterprises. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, explaining the research background, significance, and related literature, and also introduces the research objectives, contents, methods and technical routes; Chapter 2 analyzes the characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship in the new material industry. Chapter 3 analyzes the various risks encountered in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship in the new material industry: chapter 4 analyzes the impact of venture capital on innovation and entrepreneurship in the new material industry; Chapter 5, combined with Guanhao Biological case study, verifies the positive effect of venture capital on the development of new materials enterprises. Chapter 6 is a summary and prospect.
