【摘要】:随着经济向全球化趋势不断发展,市场竞争也越发激烈,越来越多的企业和组织认识到一个企业想在市场竞争中获得一席之地,就必须重视技术创新,技术创新已成为影响企业生存发展的关键要素之一。压缩机行业主要领先技术被少数欧美国家和日本掌握,但技术创新活动十分活跃,伴随着技术创新,市场竞争格局也有所变化。我国压缩机的制造企业通过加强技术创新,拓宽创新渠道,在逐渐追赶国际领先技术,并在高端压缩机制造领域不断缩小甚至追平与国外同行的差距。CTY公司是位于沈阳的一家以工艺用往复式压缩机生产制造为主要业务的民营企业,伴随着下游制造业的不断发展,压缩机行业近年来的市场发展态势也十分良好。本文以CTY公司的技术创新管理战略为研究主题,在综述技术创新、战略管理和技术创新战略的相关文献的基础上,通过对CTY公司技术创新环境战略的分析,构建该公司的技术创新战略,并围绕战略制定实施办法,主要内容为:(1)技术创新战略环境的分析。通过PEST分析和五力分析的方法对企业的外部环境进行分析。从公司的概况、技术创新管理现状及问题和SWOT分析对公司的内部环境进行分析。(2)技术创新战略构建。以技术创新环境战略分析为基础,量化CTY公司技术创新技术战略的目标导向,从拓展多元化的能源市场领域、提高质量、节能降耗、逐步推进标准化设计、追求研发深度、打造技术差异化五个方面来确定技术创新战略的总体选择,制定技术创新的具体内容,同时防范技术创新中的风险,加强知识产品的保护,确定技术创新文化战略。(3)技术创新战略实施。为确保技术创新总体战略的顺利开展,明确技术创新组织结构,界定技术中心各部门的职责,制定技术人才培养5年规划,从物质、情感、发展和精神性激励四个方面实施激励机制,强化创新意识,提高学习能力,在技术创新制度上从组织、人事、分配三个方面进行规划。论文所研究的对象是我国典型的制造业中型民营企业,具有一定的代表性,本文得出的结论对相关企业都有一定的借鉴意义,希望能够给类似企业一些借鉴帮助和指导。

The compressor manufacturing enterprises in China through strengthening technological innovation, broaden the channels for innovation and gradually catch up with international advanced technology, and in the field of high-end compressor manufacturing continued to narrow the gap with foreign counterparts even tied.CTY company is located in Shenyang a process for reciprocating compressor manufacturing as the main business of private enterprises, with the continuous development of downstream manufacturing industry The exhibition, the development trend of market in recent years, the compressor industry is also very good. In this paper, the technology innovation management strategy of CTY company as the research subject, reviewed the related literatures of technological innovation, strategic management and technological innovation strategy, through the analysis of the strategic environment of technological innovation of CTY company, to build the company's technological innovation strategy and formulate implementation measures around the strategy, the main contents are as follows: (1) analysis of the strategic environment of technological innovation. Through the analysis method of PEST analysis and five on the external environment of the enterprise were analyzed. From the overview of the company, technology innovation management and the current situation and SWOT analysis of the company's internal environment analysis (2) construction. In the environment of technological innovation strategy. (3) the implementation of technology innovation strategy in order to ensure the overall strategy of technological innovation.
