考虑回收量不确定废旧汽车逆向物流鲁棒模型与优化

【摘要】:随着我国汽车产业的飞速发展,废旧汽车的产生量也随着逐年增加。因此,如何有效的对废旧汽车进行回收、处理,并尽可能的提高汽车部件的利用率,减少对环境负效用的影响,实现资源的循环利用,这已成为我国汽车产业可持续发展的一个重要问题,同时也符合我国大力发展循环经济、建设节约型社会的现实目标。国外部分发达国家的废旧汽车回收产业相对成熟,而我国的废旧汽车回收产业却还处在初级阶段,非正规的回收企业与非法的拆解处理公司是制约着我国废旧汽车产业前进的重要因素。而对于政府控制着废旧汽车回收的中国而言,如何合理的建立废旧汽车回收网络与选址实施方案,对于我国发展废旧汽车产业与环境保护的可持续发展有着重要的意义。本文针对我国目前废旧汽车逆向物流的现状,站在政府的角度对一个区域内废旧汽车逆向物流网络进行规划。本文结合半期望设施选址理论,追求设施选址建造成本、运输成本最小化与负效用函数最小化双目标模型。并在此基础上,考虑了正向物流设施的扩建因素,分别在两种情况下建立优化模型。此外,由于废旧汽车的回收量的不确定性影响,本文使用基于情景的鲁棒方法求解模型,在废旧汽车回收量不确定的情况下,分别构建了上述两个基本模型的鲁棒模型,并用鲁棒优化方法求解。本文建立的模型均为混合整数线性规划,全部使用IBM ILOG CPLEX 12.4平台进行编程求解,并对结果进行仿真分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the automobile industry in our country, the output of the waste automobile is also increasing year by year. Therefore, how to effectively recycle and dispose the used automobile, and improve the utilization ratio of the automobile parts as much as possible, Reducing the negative impact on the environment and realizing the recycling of resources has become an important issue for the sustainable development of the automobile industry in China, and it is also in line with the vigorous development of circular economy in China. The realistic goal of building a conservation-oriented society. Some developed countries abroad have relatively mature recycling industries of used cars, while the recycling industry of used cars in China is still in its infancy. Informal recycling enterprises and illegal dismantling and processing companies are important factors restricting the development of China's used and used automobile industry. However, for China, where the government controls the recycling of used and used cars, How to set up the recycling network and the site selection scheme reasonably is of great significance for the sustainable development of the waste automobile industry and environmental protection in China. This paper aims at the current situation of reverse logistics of used and end-of-life vehicles in China. From the point of view of the government, the paper plans the reverse logistics network of used and used vehicles in a region. This paper, combined with the theory of semi-expected facility location, pursues the construction cost of facility location. Transportation cost minimization and negative utility function minimization are two objective models. On this basis, considering the expansion factors of forward logistics facilities, the optimization models are established in two cases. Because of the uncertainty of the recovery amount of the used and used vehicles, this paper uses the robust method based on scenario to solve the model, and constructs the robust models of the above two basic models in the case of the uncertainty of the recovery amount of the used and used vehicles. The models established in this paper are all mixed integer linear programming, all of which are solved by programming using IBM ILOG CPLEX 12.4 platform, and the results are simulated and analyzed.
