【摘要】:世界的经济格局正在发生翻天覆地的变化,中国也已经逐渐成为了这场经济力量角逐中的关键角色。作为中国新一代的MBA学生,如何将所学的财务、战略、市场、营销、人力资源等各种金融管理工具与知识运用到实际的商战中去,创业计划书无疑是一个全面的考验,也是一种很好的试炼。在今日被誉为投资热土的中国,无数好的创意一直得不到投资方的青睐正是因为我们仍然处在“项目可行性分析报告”的阶段,,与之相比创业计划书则不单单着眼于技术或者项目的可行性方案,而是体系化的涵盖了从早期企业初创的产品定位,资金融资,人员配置,市场分析,到中后期商业运作的组织管理,市场营销,成本控制,财务回报等投资者感兴趣的几乎所有方面。可见撰写创业计划书不仅需要MBA全方面的理论知识,更要通过对市场,财务等公司运营进行有针对的分析,最终将之形成一个可行的,值得投资的方案。 上海冠方信息技术有限公司的创业计划书旨在通过创业团队中优秀海归人才的最新突破性光频域技术专利,带动光纤检测产品的相关自主研发,以此来弥补现有产品精度和范围上的不足。该产品将在中国进行自主研发和生产,产品化后将面对国内和国际电信企业以及光纤使用行业的诸多客户进行销售,以此来填补国内和国际上高精度大范围光纤检测产品的空白。该产品的研发,生产以及销售全部拟由企业自行完成,本计划书将从初期的产品研发阶段到中期的产品制造阶段乃至最后的营销盈利阶段进行一个长期的系统分析。同时力求寻找出一个可持续,可复制拓展,以知识产权为核心竞争力的高科技产品的商业模式。 本次选择光纤检测产品作为创业计划是由于在信息化飞速发展的今天,世界经济已经从产业经济进入了信息经济时代,光纤的普及更是让信息的传递速度与日俱增,但是光纤自身的检测方法和产品却一直受到技术瓶颈的限制,停留在纯人工检测的时代。最新的光频域光纤检测技术虽然有了很多实质性的进步,但国际上也仅有一家企业在售基于该技术的产品,并且该产品的检测精度以及范围仍然存在缺陷,加之每台将近十万美元的高昂价格,使得即使国外的电信行业也很难接受,该企业还因为技术敏感性而禁止对中国销售的策略使得中国国内在这一领域依然是完全的空白。

The entrepreneurial plan is undoubtedly a comprehensive test and a very good test. Countless good ideas have never been appreciated by investors because we are still in the "project feasibility report" phase, compared with the entrepreneurial plan that is not just about technology or the feasibility of the project. It covers everything from product positioning, capital financing, staffing, market analysis, to organizational management, marketing, cost control in the middle and later stages of business operations. Financial returns and other investors are interested in almost everything. It can be seen that writing a business plan requires not only theoretical knowledge of all aspects of MBA, but also a targeted analysis of the operations of companies such as markets, finance, etc. Finally form a feasible, worthwhile investment plan. The enterprise plan of Shanghai Guanfang Information Technology Co., Ltd. aims to promote the related independent research and development of optical fiber inspection products through the latest breakthrough optical frequency domain technology patent of outstanding overseas returnees in the entrepreneurial team. The product will be developed and manufactured independently in China and will be sold to domestic and international telecommunications enterprises and many customers in the optical fiber use industry. In order to fill in the gaps in domestic and international high-precision and large-scale optical fiber inspection products, the research and development, production and sale of the products are to be completed by the enterprises themselves. This choice of fiber-optic inspection products as a business plan is due to the rapid development of information today, the world economy has moved from industrial economy to the era of information economy, and the popularization of optical fiber has increased the speed of information transmission. However, the detection methods and products of optical fiber itself have been limited by the technical bottleneck and remain in the era of pure manual detection. Although the latest optical fiber detection technology in frequency domain has made a lot of substantial progress, But there is only one international company that is selling products based on the technology, and there are still shortcomings in the accuracy and scope of the product, and the high price of nearly US $100,000 per unit makes it difficult for even the foreign telecommunications industry to accept it. The company's strategy of banning sales to China because of its technological sensitivities leaves a complete gap in the sector.
