HW公司的转型升级研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国沿海众多中小企业依托优越的地缘位置和廉价的劳动力成本等优势,为国外企业进行代工生产,在全球价值链中生产制造环节占据了重要的位置,为推动当地经济高速发展做出了极大的贡献,其中玩具产业就是其中的代表。然而受2008年全球金融危机影响,全球经济普通低迷,国外市场需求持续萎缩,国际贸易保护主义盛行,企业生产经营成本不断加大,,我国众多玩具代工生产制造企业出口受阻,生产经营受到巨大冲击,甚至导致了不少玩具企业亏损倒闭。在全球价值链中处于底端位置的代工企业往往存在缺乏经营自主权、缺乏自主品牌、缺乏核心竞争力的问题,如何推动代工企业转型升级,使企业业务向价值链底端向两边延升走向高端,一直是广大代工企业关注的问题。本文案例涉及的企业HW公司在全球金融危机下逆势成长,取得了较好的发展业绩,其转型升级过程在我国玩具代工企业中具有一定的代表性和借鉴意义。本文在回顾企业转型升级理论文献的基础上,以HW公司转型升级过程为主线,结合全球价值链相关理论以及代工模式理论分析该公司在金融危机下转型升级的外部环境、内部环境,企业转型升级的路选择,总结其发展的成功经验,给其它玩具OEM生产企业升级以借鉴和启示。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, many small and medium-sized enterprises along the coast of our country, relying on the advantages of superior geographical location and cheap labor costs, have been engaged in contract manufacturing for foreign enterprises, and have occupied an important position in the production and manufacturing links in the global value chain. It has made a great contribution to promoting the rapid development of the local economy, among which the toy industry is the representative. However, under the influence of the 2008 global financial crisis, the global economy is generally depressed, and the foreign market demand continues to shrink. With the prevalence of international trade protectionism and the increasing production and operation costs of enterprises, the export of many toy contract manufacturing enterprises in China has been blocked, and the production and operation have been greatly impacted. Even led to the loss of many toy companies. In the global value chain at the bottom of the contract enterprises often lack of operational autonomy, lack of independent brands, lack of core competitiveness, how to promote the transformation and upgrading of contract enterprises. It has always been the concern of the contract enterprises to make the business rise to the bottom of the value chain and to the high end. The HW company, which is an enterprise involved in this paper, has grown against the trend under the global financial crisis, and has achieved good development results. The process of transformation and upgrading has certain representativeness and reference significance in the toy contract manufacturing enterprises of our country. Based on the review of the theoretical literature on the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, this paper takes the transformation and upgrading process of HW Company as the main line. Combined with the theory of global value chain and the theory of contract manufacturing mode, this paper analyzes the external environment, internal environment and the choice of the way of enterprise transformation and upgrading under the financial crisis, and summarizes the successful experience of its development. To upgrade other toy OEM manufacturers for reference and inspiration.
