三一重工集团研发能力提升策略研究

【摘要】:随着信息化和全球化进程加快,企业技术创新的重要性日益突显。企业的生存和发展离不开企业的研发,企业研发有效进行可以大大提高企业竞争力。目前,三一重工集团面对国内外机械行业市场的激烈竞争和宏观经济不景气的影响,其产品市场受到前所未有的巨大冲击。提高企业研发能力,进行创新产品和技能是企业保持竞争优势,实现企业长期可持续发展的重要选择。 对于三一重工集团这样一个基础雄厚和注重长远发展的企业来说,如何在高度竞争的市场保持竞争优势,就必须从加大技术创新力度,提高企业研发能力,从而企业竞争实力。为此对三一重工集团进行研发能力提升策略研究,做出分析和评价,找出问题并进行改进,制定和实施研发能力提升策略,是本文研究目的和出发点。 本文首先分析了三一重工集团研发能力提升研究的选择依据,从现实出发,充分借鉴了国内外学者对企业技术创新和研发能力方面的研究,为下文的研究奠定了理论基础;其次是阐述了创新及企业研发能力的内涵,介绍研发能力开发的原则和方法;再次是概括和分析国内外机械行业技术发展的现状,分析集团研发进展的情况,找出集团研发能力提升的问题,并进行了SWOT分析,找出集团研发能力提升的优劣势,如何把握机遇,减少威胁;随后是对集团研发能力提升策略的制定,从集团研发能力开发的定位,确定集团研发能力提升的方向和目标,进行研发能力开发的策略选择和思路界定;最后为了集团研发能力开发策略更好的实施,从研发组织管理、人员激励、技术合作平台、创新文化建设几个方面,提出了研发能力开发策略实施的保障措施和建议。 通过研究分析,可以得出三一重工集团在研发能力开发上取得了很大的进展,但也存在着不完善之处,提出研发能力提升的对策和建议,,以实现集团研发能力开发不断的加强和改进。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of information and globalization, the importance of technological innovation of enterprises is becoming increasingly prominent. The survival and development of enterprises can not be separated from the research and development of enterprises. Enterprise R & D can greatly improve the competitiveness of enterprises. In the face of fierce competition in the machinery industry market at home and abroad and the impact of the macroeconomic depression, Sany heavy Industry Group has suffered an unprecedented tremendous impact on its product market. It has improved its R & D capability. Carrying out innovative products and skills is an important choice for enterprises to maintain their competitive advantage and realize their long-term sustainable development. For a company such as Sany heavy Industry Group, which has a strong foundation and pays attention to long-term development, how to maintain its competitive advantage in a highly competitive market must start with increasing technological innovation and improving the enterprise's R & D capability. Therefore, it is the purpose and starting point of this paper to study the strategy of improving the R & D capability of Sany heavy Industry Group, to analyze and evaluate, to find out the problems and to improve, and to formulate and implement the strategy of improving the R & D capability of Sany heavy Industry Group. This paper first analyzes the selection basis of the research on the improvement of R & D capability of Sany heavy Industry Group. From the reality, it makes full use of the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the technological innovation and R & D capability of enterprises, and lays a theoretical foundation for the following research. Secondly, it expounds the connotation of innovation and enterprise's R & D ability, introduces the principles and methods of R & D capability development, summarizes and analyzes the present situation of domestic and foreign mechanical industry's technological development, and analyzes the status of R & D progress of the group. Find out the problem of group R & D capability improvement, and carry out SWOT analysis, find out the advantages and disadvantages of Group R D capability enhancement, how to grasp the opportunity, reduce the threat; From the position of group R & D capability development, determine the direction and goal of group R & D capability development, and define the strategy and train of thought for R D capability development. Finally, for the better implementation of R D capability development strategy, from R & D organization management, Personnel motivation, technical cooperation platform and innovation culture construction are discussed in this paper, and the measures and suggestions for the implementation of R & D capability development strategy are put forward. Through research and analysis, it can be concluded that Sany heavy Industry Group has made great progress in the development of R & D capability, but there are still some imperfections, and the countermeasures and suggestions for improving R & D capability are put forward. In order to achieve the Group's R & D capacity development and continuous strengthening and improvement.
