电力施工企业经营绩效综合评价研究

【摘要】：对电力施工企业经营绩效进行综合评价，深入分析电力施工企业经营现状，把握电力施工企业经营方面的优势与不足，为企业发展决策制定提供重要的客观依据，推进实现电力施工企业健康发展，促进我国经济可持续发展。本文基于企业经营绩效的基本理论，界定了电力施工企业相关概念，，深入分析了电力施工企业经营理论。借鉴前人的研究成果，结合电力施工企业的经营特点，初步建立电力施工企业经营绩效评价指标体系，利用模糊偏好关系理论，提出了指标体系的筛选方法，并对初步指标进行精简，建立了最终的电力施工企业经营绩效评价指标体系。基于灰色综合分析方法，建立了电力施工企业经营绩效综合评价模型。利用建立的综合评价模型对A电力施工企业进行了实证分析，说明评价模型的具体应用，并从科学性和客观性的角度对评价模型进行验证。文章最后总结得出了研究的结论，并指出了论文研究需要改进的地方，并就电力施工企业经营绩效评价领域，提出了新的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Based on the comprehensive evaluation of the operation performance of electric power construction enterprises , the current situation of power construction enterprises is analyzed in detail , the advantages and disadvantages of power construction enterprises are grasped , the important objective basis is provided for the development of decision - making of enterprises , and the healthy development of power construction enterprises is promoted , and the sustainable development of our economy is promoted .

Based on the basic theory of enterprise management performance , this paper defines the relevant concepts of power construction enterprises , analyzes the management theory of power construction enterprises . Based on the former research results and the operation characteristics of power construction enterprises , a comprehensive evaluation index system for power construction enterprises is established . Based on the grey comprehensive analysis method , a comprehensive evaluation index system for power construction enterprises is established . Based on the comprehensive evaluation model , the paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system for power construction enterprises .
