泸州永拓酒业园区供应链金融信用风险分析

【摘要】：供应链金融是金融机构将核心企业及其上下游企业捆绑在一起，在真实的特定产品交易背景下，根据供应链上核心企业的信用状况,将企业间的交易行为所能产生的确定的未来现金流作为还款资金，，通过综合分析供应链中的信息、资金和商品流，把核心企业作为切入点，为其上下游中小企业提供灵活的金融产品和服务的一种融资模式。许多金融机构相继推出供应链金融业务，服务于不同的行业，再获得利润的同时，也产生了相应的一些问题，比如贷款企业违约不进行还款、贷款企业和核心企业合谋骗贷等情况，这些都是属于供应链金融中的信用风险。四川省泸州市的白酒产业是该市的支柱产业之一，泸州永拓酒业园区是一个集白酒生产、包装、存储、配送为一体的现代工业园区，泸州市大部分酒类企业都入驻了永拓酒业园区，金融机构也针对入驻该园区的酒类中小企业推出了相应的供应链金融服务，但由于对于信用风险管理的忽视，存在较大的潜在风险。本文将通过对供应链金融及其信用风险的相关理论进行介绍，再结合永拓酒业园区的实际情况对其供应链金融信用风险进行评估。本文采用的评估方法为AHP-模糊综合评判法，该评判法主要是根据模糊数学中隶属度的理论把定性评价转变为定量评价。层次分析法主要是帮助在进行模糊综合评判时，将所要评价的系统分层，通过分别比较每一层的相关因素的重要性来为决策提供依据。本文首先采用文献分析法对国内外供应链金融及其信用风险的研究现状进行一定的了解，再通过结合白酒行业的供应链金融模式及其特点，对白酒行业供应链金融信用风险特征、分类以及影响因素进行分析，然后介绍其信用风险的管理过程。再通过结合永拓酒业园区的实际情况，选取相应的评价指标，并建立基于AHP—模糊综合评判的永拓酒业园区供应链金融信用风险评价模型，进行实证评估，并且通过最后的评价结果为永拓酒业园区供应链金融信用风险控制方面提供可借鉴的思路。
[Abstract]:Supply chain finance is that the financial institutions bind the core enterprises and their upstream and downstream enterprises together, under the real specific product transaction background, according to the credit status of the core enterprises in the supply chain, By synthetically analyzing the information, capital and commodity flow in the supply chain, the core enterprises are taken as the entry point. A financing model for providing flexible financial products and services to the upstream and downstream small and medium-sized enterprises. Many financial institutions have successively launched supply chain financial services to serve different industries, and at the same time to obtain profits, they have also produced some corresponding problems. For example, the default of loan enterprises and the collusion of loan enterprises and core enterprises to cheat on loans are all credit risks in supply chain finance. The liquor industry in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, is one of the pillar industries in the city. Luzhou Yongtuo Liquor Industry Park is a modern industrial park that integrates liquor production, packaging, storage and distribution. Most of Luzhou's wine enterprises have entered the Yongtuo Liquor Industry Park. Financial institutions have also launched supply chain financial services for small and medium-sized alcohol enterprises in the park. However, due to the neglect of credit risk management, This paper introduces the theory of supply chain finance and its credit risk, and then evaluates the credit risk of supply chain finance based on the actual situation of Yongtuo Wine Industry Park. The evaluation method used in this paper is AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, which is mainly based on the theory of membership degree in fuzzy mathematics to transform qualitative evaluation into quantitative evaluation. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is mainly used to help in the process of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The system to be evaluated is stratified to provide a basis for decision-making by comparing the importance of the relevant factors at each level. In this paper, firstly, we use literature analysis method to understand the current situation of supply chain finance and its credit risk at home and abroad, and then combine the supply chain finance model of liquor industry and its characteristics. This paper analyzes the characteristics, classification and influencing factors of financial credit risk in supply chain of liquor industry, then introduces the management process of credit risk, and then selects the corresponding evaluation index by combining the actual situation of Yongtuo Liquor Industry Park. And based on AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the evaluation model of financial credit risk of supply chain in Yongtuo Wine Park is established, and the empirical evaluation is carried out. And through the final evaluation results for Yongtuo Wine Park supply chain financial credit risk control to provide reference ideas.
