【摘要】:在建筑领域,DBB(Design-Bid-Build,设计——招投标—建造)、CM(ConstructionManagement,建造管理)以及DB(Design-Build,设计—建造)是三种最常用的项目交付方式。但是,随着建筑项目的不断复杂化、大型化,建筑行业也向着更加专业化、集成化的方向发展,传统项目交付模式已经无法满足行业需求和挑战。为了促进建筑行业的人员整合、优化设计效果并整合设计施工一体化从而降低建造成本,,迎接建设项目国际化的挑战,项目集成交付(IPD)这种新的项目交付方式随着精益建造思想的发展而出现,并逐渐受到越来越多行业内相关人士的关注。由此可见,IPD这种新型项目交付方式的出现及发展是建筑行业发展的必然趋势,为了保证其顺利发展及实施效果,在IPD模式下研究团队激励问题显得很必要。 本文的主要研究内容如下:首先,总结了国外相关专业组织提出的IPD模式的定义,针对不同定义下IPD模式的特征分别进行了分析,并总结归纳出IPD模式区别于传统项目交付模式的几个主要特征。其次,通过调查研究IPD模式下最常用的四种合同类型中的具体条款,比较了四种合同在决策制定、目标成本、报酬、变更及风险分担等方面的主要差别。然后,通过文献综述,总结了支撑IPD模式成功实施的六个关键因素,分别是合同形式、组织结构、组织文化、精益建造、建筑信息模型(BIM)以及其他辅助因素,并针对每个因素进行了具体分析,为下文构建激励机制奠定了基础。接着,按照IPD联盟中“风险共担、利益共享”的基本原则,构建了联盟利益分配的数学模型,并进行算例分析,验证了模型的可行性。最后,在前文研究的基础上,构建了IPD模式下的团队激励机制,主要包括“风险共担、利益共享”机制、目标机制、绩效评价与管理机制、合同机制,并分别分析了各个激励机制的基本原则及主要内容,为IPD模式下团队的有效合作提供一定的理论指导。

With the development of integration, the traditional project delivery mode can no longer meet the needs and challenges of the industry. To meet the challenge of internationalization of construction projects, IPD), a new project delivery method, has emerged with the development of lean construction. This shows that the emergence and development of IPD, a new type of project delivery mode, is an inevitable trend of the development of the construction industry, in order to ensure its smooth development and implementation effect, It is necessary to study team motivation in IPD mode. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the definition of IPD schema proposed by relevant professional organizations abroad is summarized, and the characteristics of IPD schema under different definitions are analyzed respectively. The main characteristics of IPD model are summarized and summarized. Secondly, by investigating and studying the specific clauses of the four most commonly used contract types in IPD mode, the paper compares the four kinds of contracts in decision-making and target cost. Then, through literature review, six key factors supporting the successful implementation of IPD model are summarized, namely, contract form, organizational structure, organizational culture, lean construction, etc. Building information model (BIM) and other auxiliary factors are analyzed specifically for each factor, which lays the foundation for the following construction of incentive mechanism. Then, according to the basic principle of "risk sharing, benefit sharing" in IPD alliance, The mathematical model of alliance benefit distribution is constructed, and the feasibility of the model is verified by an example. Finally, based on the previous research, a team incentive mechanism based on IPD model is constructed, which mainly includes "risk sharing," Interest sharing mechanism, target mechanism, performance evaluation and management mechanism, contract mechanism, and the basic principles and main contents of each incentive mechanism are analyzed respectively, which provides certain theoretical guidance for effective team cooperation under IPD mode.
