【摘要】:盐津铺子食品有限公司是湖南一家专业从事休闲食品科研、生产、加工、销售于一体的大型现代化综合型企业。随着休闲食品产业竞争加剧,如何制定休闲食品发展战略,使得企业从容面对激烈的市场竞争,成为公司必须解决的重大问题。 本文通过应用战略管理、人力资源、经济学等理论,运用波特五力竞争模型、SWOT分析等战略管理工具,系统地分析了公司产品面临的外部环境和企业自身拥有的资源,在总结企业面临的外部机遇与威胁的基础上,仔细分析盐津铺子食品有限公司产保持并提高盐津铺子食品有限公司在休闲食品产业的地位。产品发展战略的制定和实施是一项系统的工程,涉及到企业管理的多方面内容。如果一个方面没有安排好,可能导致整个发展战略的失败,因此要从多个方面提出发展战略实施的保障措施。在技术保障方面,企业的技术需要从技术引进、技术创新、合作开发三个方面进行提升;在人力资源保障方面,要积极引进人才,丰富的人力资源基础是企业发展不可或缺的因素,对招聘的员工根据企业发展的需求进行培训,合理使用人力资源,对员工进行正确的职业生涯规划;此外,,发展战略的实施还需要其他保障措施,如从企业融资、信息发展和品牌发展和强化方面提供支持。 本文研究具有一定理论价值和实践意义,能作为国内其他食品企业的经验借鉴,部分经验和发展思路可供参考。
[Abstract]:Yanjin Shop Food Co., Ltd. is a large-scale modern comprehensive enterprise specialized in scientific research, production, processing and marketing of snack food in Hunan Province. With the intensification of competition in the snack food industry, how to formulate the development strategy of snack food, Make the enterprise face fierce market competition calmly, become the important problem that the company must solve. By applying the theories of strategic management, human resources and economics, and using the strategic management tools such as Porter's five-force competitive model and SWOT analysis, this paper systematically analyzes the external environment faced by the company's products and the resources owned by the enterprises themselves. On the basis of summing up the external opportunities and threats faced by enterprises, It is a systematic project to analyze carefully the production of Yanchin Shop Food Co., Ltd., to maintain and improve the position of Yanchin Shop Food Co., Ltd in the snack food industry. The formulation and implementation of the product development strategy is a systematic project. If one aspect is not arranged well, it may lead to the failure of the whole development strategy. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the development strategy from many aspects. Enterprises need to upgrade their technology from the three aspects of technology introduction, technological innovation and cooperative development. In terms of human resources security, it is necessary to actively introduce talents, and a rich human resource base is an indispensable factor for the development of enterprises. Training the recruited staff according to the needs of the enterprise development, using human resources rationally and making correct career planning for the employees; in addition, the implementation of the development strategy also requires other safeguards, such as financing from the enterprise. Support information development and brand development and enhancement. This study has some theoretical value and practical significance, and can be used as a reference for other food enterprises in China, and some experiences and development ideas can be used for reference.
