【摘要】:赛晶电力电子集团有限公司是一家集科、工、贸于一体的高新技术企业。该公司目前是中国铁道运输装备重要的生产配套厂商之一,同时也是中国电网输配电领域节能增效电力电子部件及系统的领先制造商之一。自成立以来,赛晶电力电子集团有限公司一直保持着较快的发展速度,其不仅在业务领域上逐步扩展,而且在经营效益上也逐步提升。近几年来,国际经济复苏缓慢、国内经济发展速度放缓等因素或多或少的对赛晶集团的发展造成了一定的不利影响。因此,对赛晶集团的战略发展展开相关研究就显得非常重要了。基于这个考虑,本文将聚焦于赛晶电力电子集团有限公司的战略发展,综合运用SWOT分析法、五力模型等理论展开对赛晶集团所面临的战略环境进行深入的分析。在完成相关分析之后,本文将根据分析结果确定赛晶集团的发展战略。最后,本文将根据所确定的发展战略对赛晶集团发展战略的实施以及相关保障措施进行全面的阐述。通过本文的研究,笔者希望能够为赛晶集团发展战略的制定提供一些参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Seijing Power Electronics Group Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating science, industry and trade. The company is currently one of the important manufacturers of railway transportation equipment in China. It is also one of the leading manufacturers of energy-saving and efficient power electronic components and systems in the field of power transmission and distribution in China. It has expanded not only in the field of business, but also in terms of operating efficiency. In recent years, the international economic recovery has been slow. Some factors, such as the slowing down of domestic economic development, have more or less adversely affected the development of Saijing Group. Therefore, it is very important to carry out relevant research on the strategic development of Seijing Group. Based on this consideration, This paper will focus on the strategic development of Saijing Power Electronics Group Co., Ltd., and make a thorough analysis of the strategic environment faced by Seijing Group by using the theory of SWOT analysis and five-force model, etc. After the completion of the related analysis, the paper will focus on the strategic development of Seijing Power Electronics Group Co., Ltd. This paper will determine the development strategy of Xijing Group according to the analysis results. Finally, this paper will give a comprehensive description of the implementation of the development strategy and related safeguard measures according to the determined development strategy. I hope to be able to provide some reference and reference for the development strategy of Saijing Group.
