庞大汽贸集团薪酬管理研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,民营企业迅速成长。但是,人力资源管理问题已经越来越成为制约民营企业持续发展的瓶颈,如何使企业提高自身竞争力,关键就是解决企业的人力资源管理问题。薪酬管理在现代市场经济中已成为各国企业人力资源管理的重要环节,对企业的竞争能力有巨大影响。 本文以中国最大的汽车销售企业庞大汽贸集团为研究对象,探讨其薪酬管理优化。全文共分为绪论与理论基础、现状与存在问题、对策及保障措施、结论等四部分。 首先,论文通过对研究背景、研究意义的交代,梳理国内外薪酬管理研究现状,从而提练文章写作的思路,确定本文的研究内容和研究将用到的研究方法。通过梳理国内薪酬管理的有关理论,奠定全文研究的理论基础。 其次,论文在介绍庞大汽贸集团概况的基础上,重点阐述了其员工薪酬管理的现状,指出该集团存在员工薪酬设计未能体现企业发展战略,,员工薪酬缺乏科学分析、缺少绩效评估,员工薪酬结构设置不合理,忽略对高管与特殊人才的奖励机制等问题,并进一步探讨出现这些问题的原因。 再次,论文在明确设计指导思想与原则基础上,通过调查,明晰其设计流程,并通过区分一线员工与管理员工进行薪酬体系的设计。同时,评价庞大汽贸集团员工薪酬体系设计,指出其具有更切实际,效果更好等优势。并从沟通机制、组织结构和成本控制机制等方面提出保障建议。 最后,论文通过对整体的分析,提出研究论点与经验。同时,就研究中存在的不足进行梳理,对下一步的研究进行展望,以便在日后的研究中能够加以完善,使研究更具有系统性,为实践操作提供更具参考价值的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, private enterprises are growing rapidly.However, the problem of human resource management has become a bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of private enterprises. How to improve the competitiveness of enterprises is the key to solve the problem of human resources management.Salary management has become an important part of human resource management in modern market economy and has a great impact on the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper, the research object of China's largest automobile sales enterprise is the huge Auto Trade Group, and its salary management optimization is discussed.The paper is divided into four parts: introduction and theoretical basis, current situation and existing problems, countermeasures and safeguard measures, conclusion, etc.First of all, the paper through the research background, the significance of the study, combing the status quo of domestic and foreign salary management research, so as to improve the thinking of writing articles, determine the research content and research methods to be used in this paper.Through combing the relevant theories of domestic salary management, lay the theoretical foundation of the full text research.Secondly, on the basis of introducing the general situation of the huge Auto and Trade Group, the paper focuses on the present situation of employee compensation management, and points out that the design of employee compensation in this group fails to reflect the enterprise development strategy, and the employee compensation lacks scientific analysis.Lack of performance evaluation, unreasonable salary structure, neglect of the reward mechanism for senior executives and special talents, and further explore the reasons for these problems.Thirdly, on the basis of clear design guiding ideology and principle, the paper clarifies its design process through investigation, and designs compensation system by distinguishing front-line staff from management staff.At the same time, it evaluates the design of employee compensation system and points out that it has the advantages of more practical and better effect.And from the communication mechanism, organizational structure and cost control mechanism and other aspects of security recommendations.Finally, through the analysis of the whole, the thesis puts forward the research argument and experience.At the same time, the shortcomings of the research are combed, and the future research is prospected in order to improve the research in the future, make the research more systematic, and provide more valuable suggestions for practice.
