基于环境物联网技术的ZM公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着中国经济的不断发展,工业化和城镇化加速发展,环境污染问题越来越严重,民众对水、空气和土壤等环境质量日益关注,这给环境科技企业的发展提供了巨大的市场机遇。ZM公司是一家基于物联网技术的环境监测科技公司,尚处于创业阶段,面对激烈的市场竞争,制定适合企业发展的战略关系到ZM公司的生存和发展,是一个必须解决的问题。论文以ZM公司当前的发展战略为案例,系统分析了基于物联网传感技术的环境科技企业在未来的战略管理思路。论文首先介绍了ZM公司行业背景和ZM公司发展历程,然后介绍行业基本概念和战略基本理论,对ZM公司外部环境进行分析,从企业内部的资源和能力分析入手,应用价值链分析找到公司的核心价值。通过对企业内外部环境的分析,结合SWOT模型和BCG矩阵,分析了当前公司在企业文化,人才战略,科技创新,技术服务和组织结构上的优劣势,提出了ZM公司的备选战略。通过QSMP矩阵,确定了公司5年的扩张型发展战略思路,包括公司目标,活动范围,竞争方式和资源安排等。作为战略的一部分,战略实施不可或缺,结合公司的核心能力和资源安排,提出相应的实施措施,主要包括人力资源发展、企业文化建设,企业研发思路,引入外部资本等。研究成果对刚创业的科技公司具有重要意义,针对小型科技公司财力和人力资源禀赋不足的条件下,采取集中化战略和差异化策略,通过整合企业内外部资源,通过业务外包和结盟,实现企业快速发展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's economy, the accelerated development of industrialization and urbanization, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. People are paying more and more attention to the environmental quality of water, air and soil.This provides an enormous market opportunity for the development of environmental science and technology enterprises. ZM is an environmental monitoring technology company based on the Internet of things, which is still in the entrepreneurial stage and faces fierce market competition.It is a problem that must be solved to make a strategy suitable for the development of the enterprise, which is related to the survival and development of ZM Company.Taking the current development strategy of ZM Company as an example, this paper systematically analyzes the strategic management ideas of environmental science and technology enterprises based on the Internet of things sensor technology in the future.Firstly, the paper introduces the background of ZM Company and the development course of ZM Company, then introduces the basic concept of industry and the basic theory of strategy, analyzes the external environment of ZM Company, and starts with the analysis of internal resources and capability of ZM Company.Apply value chain analysis to find out the core value of the company.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, combined with the SWOT model and BCG matrix, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current company in terms of corporate culture, talent strategy, scientific and technological innovation, technical service and organizational structure, and puts forward the alternative strategy of ZM Company.Through the QSMP matrix, the author determines the strategic thinking of the company's expansionary development for 5 years, including the company's goal, scope of activities, competition mode and resource arrangement.As a part of the strategy, the implementation of the strategy is indispensable. Combined with the core competence and resource arrangement of the company, the corresponding implementation measures are put forward, including the development of human resources, the construction of corporate culture, the train of thought of enterprise research and development, the introduction of external capital and so on.The research results are of great significance to the newly established science and technology companies. Under the condition that the financial and human resources of the small technology companies are insufficient, the centralized strategy and the differentiation strategy are adopted to integrate the internal and external resources of the enterprises.Through business outsourcing and alliance, to achieve rapid development of enterprises.
