东莞市中小制造企业物流管理策略研究

【摘要】:现阶段,我国中小制造企业的发展呈现了长足的发展势头,在经济发展及社会发展等方面起着越来越重要的作用。随着市场的企业竞争加速,中小制造企业进行物流管理也越来越重要,而物流作为企业运营的第三利润源,能够保证企业进行有效的物流管理,有助于保证企业的竞争力、促进企业的高速可持续性发展。 从东莞市中小制造企业物流现状来看,虽然物流已经具备足够的经济环境和得天独厚的优势,但也有其非常大的劣势与瓶颈,中小制造企业的物流模式相对较落后。东莞市中小制造企业,几乎不会采用第三方物流、第四方物流等外包的物流政策,而是采用自建物流采购及销售体系的传统物流服务模式为主。因此,在物流过程中的增值服务类型少,管理水平低下,技术能力较差,最终造成了中小制造企业无法跟上社会分工及大生产发展的快速步伐,也达不到高要求、多批量、多品种、小批次、高效性的市场需求以及因人而异的差异化的消费需求,经济危机也给东莞的中小制造企业造成了不小的影响,因此在物流管理优化方面显得更为迫切。 本文阐述了论文的研究背景、目的和研究意义,在梳理国内外不同学者对中小企业物流管理策略相关研究的基础上,介绍了研究中小企业物流管理策略的过程中应利用到的物流管理相关理论知识。针对东莞中小制造企业的发展情况、物流管理近况、物流管理中存在的问题进行深入的分析,提出了企业在物流管理上的改进意见和优化策略,在保证企业有利竞争地位的同时,促进企业物流管理实施的可操作性和科学性,对东莞市中小制造企业具有长期高效的参考价值。本文最后结合某东莞中小企业的实际物流管理状况进行实证分析,,在调查了解分析的基础上,对东莞中小企业的物流管理问题进行研究探讨,提出中小制造企业加强物流管理的总体思路及具体措施,以达到降低企业经营成本、优化企业物流管理和提高企业竞争优势的目的。
[Abstract]:At the present stage, the development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China has shown a considerable momentum of development, and plays an increasingly important role in economic development and social development.With the accelerated competition of enterprises in the market, the logistics management of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is becoming more and more important. As the third profit source of enterprise operation, logistics can guarantee the effective logistics management of enterprises and help to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises.To promote the rapid and sustainable development of enterprises.From the current situation of logistics of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Dongguan, although logistics has enough economic environment and unique advantages, but also has its great disadvantages and bottlenecks, the logistics mode of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is relatively backward.Small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Dongguan will hardly adopt the logistics policy of outsourcing such as third party logistics and fourth party logistics, but adopt the traditional logistics service mode of self-building logistics procurement and sales system.Therefore, in the process of logistics, the value-added service types are few, the management level is low, and the technical ability is poor. Finally, the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are unable to keep up with the rapid pace of social division of labor and the development of large-scale production.Many varieties, small batches, high efficiency market demand and different consumption demand from person to person, the economic crisis has also caused a great impact on the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Dongguan, so it is more urgent to optimize the logistics management.This paper expounds the research background, purpose and significance of the thesis, and on the basis of combing the relevant research on logistics management strategy of SMEs by different scholars at home and abroad,This paper introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of logistics management in the process of studying the logistics management strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises.In view of the development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Dongguan, the recent situation of logistics management and the existing problems in logistics management, the improvement opinions and optimization strategies of the enterprises in logistics management are put forward.At the same time, it can promote the maneuverability and scientific nature of the enterprise logistics management, which has a long-term and efficient reference value for the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Dongguan.In the end, combining with the actual logistics management of a small and medium-sized enterprise in Dongguan, this paper makes an empirical analysis, on the basis of investigation and analysis, studies and discusses the logistics management of small and medium-sized enterprises in Dongguan.The general idea and concrete measures of strengthening logistics management in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are put forward in order to reduce the operating cost, optimize the logistics management and improve the competitive advantage of the enterprises.
