【摘要】：目前,我国大多数医药流通企业的物流都是由企业内部完成的,医药物流还尚未发展成熟,正处在起步阶段。随着企业运营成本的不断上涨,药品中标价格的连年下降,大部分医药商业企业利润微薄,很多甚至亏损。一部分实力较强的医药商业企业可以选择以物流功能为核心向第三方医药物流企业转型。本文应用供应链物流管理的相关理论,采用文献研究与案例研究相结合的研究方法,探讨传统医药商业分销企业转型的可行性,以及策略的具体选择问题,对我国医药商业转型与策略问题进行了较深入的研究。其内容包括：(1)第一章是绪论,介绍了商业分销企业转型的背景和实际意义,结合行业的现状,从模式研究、应用研究等方面去阐释。(2)第二章对商业分销企业医药物流转型的相关理论进行说明,包括供应链管理,供应链管理在医药行业的应用,第三方物流,医药物流等相关理论。(3)第三章对大型商业分销企业医药物流的运作模式和特点进行分析。(3)第四章对国内外医药商业企业发展现状进行分析,指出转型的必要性。(4)第五章在医药商业企业转型的目标市场和客户基础上,提出了医药商业转型过程中具体的策略选择和策略实施问题。通过对上述内容的研究,本文提出了具有参考价值的观点和结论,从理论的角度促进学术界对医药物流的关注,丰富理论研究的内容；从实践的角度为我国医药商业转型提供了相关的建议,并且推动完善医药商业企业经营模式。
[Abstract]:At present, the logistics of most pharmaceutical circulation enterprises in our country is completed by the enterprises, and the pharmaceutical logistics is still in its infancy.With the rising of the operating cost and the decline of the price of the drugs, most of the pharmaceutical commercial enterprises have a meagre profit, many even lose money.Some strong pharmaceutical commercial enterprises can choose the logistics function as the core to the third party pharmaceutical logistics enterprises.Based on the relevant theories of supply chain logistics management and the combination of literature research and case study, this paper discusses the feasibility of the transformation of traditional pharmaceutical commercial distribution enterprises and the specific selection of strategies.This paper makes a deep research on the transformation and strategy of pharmaceutical business in China.The first chapter is an introduction, which introduces the background and practical significance of the transformation of commercial distribution enterprises.The second chapter explains the theory of pharmaceutical logistics transformation of commercial distribution enterprises, including supply chain management, the application of supply chain management in pharmaceutical industry, third party logistics,The third chapter analyzes the operating mode and characteristics of pharmaceutical logistics in large commercial distribution enterprises. Chapter 4 analyzes the development status of pharmaceutical commercial enterprises at home and abroad.The fifth chapter points out the necessity of transformation. (4) on the basis of the target market and customers of the transformation of pharmaceutical commercial enterprises, the author puts forward the specific strategy selection and strategy implementation in the process of the transformation of pharmaceutical commercial enterprises.Through the study of the above content, this paper puts forward the point of view and conclusion with reference value, promotes the academic circles to pay attention to the medicine logistics from the theory angle, enriches the theoretical research content;From the point of view of practice, it provides relevant suggestions for the transformation of pharmaceutical business in China, and promotes the improvement of the business model of pharmaceutical commercial enterprises.
