【摘要】：正"强化技术基础,统一技术标准"是中国航空工业集团(以下简称集团)"两融、三新、五化、万亿"的发展战略实施的客观要求,是推进"标准工程"的重要措施。集团信息化标准专业是集团标准体系中的重要组成部分,同时还是集团信息化规划中"二大体系"——信息化标准体系、信息安全体系"之一,承担着规范集团范围内集团总部、各板块、所有成员单位三层组织架构信息共享和业务协同的任务,是集团层面组织开展信息资源规划、整合和开发利用的
