S公司物资管理目标实现及对策研究

【摘要】:优化企业的物流管理流程已被当今企业所熟知,而企业物流管理的优化目前主要侧重于两个环节:首先是供应链管理,供应链管理主要关注提高企业的整体竞争力,通过供应链管理实现追求零库存,从而降低企业生产和经营成本,实现利润最大化,并对最终用户的需求做灵敏反应;其次是信息化,现在社会是信息化社会,物流管理过程中关键是对信息的掌握,企业必须充分依靠现代信息技术,打造完善的数字化平台,突破传统管理模式的束缚,实现资源的优化整合。 本文首先对物资管理的外延国内外的物流观进行了概述,在此基础上总结了物资管理中供应链管理理论和库存管理理论,进而对国内外物资管理的实践和趋势进行了详细分析;其次,从S公司的发展战略及对物资供应的管理需求和物资管理的目标及内涵两个方面,对S公司物资管理的目标进行了详细阐述;然后结合S公司发展的实际对S公司物资管理过程中存在的问题进行了具体分析,并重点分析了物资管理过程中存在问题的深层次原因;最后,在对S公司物资管理存在的问题及原因进行分析的基础上,提出了目标实现的机制和保障措施。 本文利用现代企业管理的相关理论、方法和趋势分析S集团在物流管理方面所面临的问题,并结合当前企业经营管理的实际,提出较系统的提升S公司物流管理水平的可操作性方案,进一步指导公司物流管理的实践,也可为类似企业的物流管理提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:The optimization of enterprise logistics management process has been well known by enterprises today, and the optimization of enterprise logistics management is mainly focused on two links: first, supply chain management, supply chain management is mainly concerned with improving the overall competitiveness of enterprises.Through the supply chain management to achieve the pursuit of zero inventory, so as to reduce the cost of production and operation of enterprises, to maximize profits, and to make a sensitive response to the needs of end users.In the process of logistics management, the key is to master information. Enterprises must rely on modern information technology to build a perfect digital platform, break through the shackles of traditional management mode, and realize the optimization and integration of resources.Firstly, this paper summarizes the concept of logistics at home and abroad, then summarizes the theory of supply chain management and inventory management in material management, and then analyzes the practice and trend of material management at home and abroad in detail.Secondly, from the development strategy of S company and the management demand of the material supply and the target and connotation of the material management, the paper expounds the target of the material management of S company in detail.Then combined with the actual development of S company, the problems in the process of material management of S company are analyzed in detail, and the deep reasons of the problems in the process of material management are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of material management in S Company, this paper puts forward the mechanism and guarantee measures for the realization of the target.This paper makes use of the relevant theories, methods and trends of modern enterprise management to analyze the problems faced by S Group in logistics management, and combines the reality of enterprise management at present.This paper puts forward an operational scheme to improve the logistics management level of S Company systematically, which can further guide the practice of logistics management of the company, and can also provide a certain reference for the logistics management of similar enterprises.
