海螺水泥的一体化战略研究

【摘要】:安徽海螺水泥股份有限公司(简称“海螺水泥”)是我国最大的水泥生产商和供应商,“海螺”牌水泥已成为中国水泥业的第一品牌,其生产能力在亚洲第一位,世界第三位。海螺水泥作为我国水泥业先进生产力的代表,具有综合竞争优势,研究它的核心能力及优势,全面了解我国水泥业的宏观环境及发展特点,通过研究水泥产业一体化战略对水泥企业发展的重要意义,可以更好地把握企业的发展战略。 本文首先介绍了论文的一些研究背景、研究对象、研究的目的和意义、研究问题、研究的资料收集方法与过程、研究框架等。接着对一体化战略理论进行了论述和评论。本论文以海螺水泥为研究对象,是基于海螺水泥在水泥行业中有着举足轻重的影响力,是水泥行业的典型代表。本论文在对海螺水泥的一体化战略研究中,比较全面地分析了公司的一些基本状况,系统地研究了公司的内部环境、外部环境及其发展趋势,对公司总的发展战略也作了总体描绘,本文着重运用了(公司战略选择模型)SW0T分析模型这一战略选择工具,对公司所面临的机会、威胁、强势、弱势等各种组合情况进行综合概括、比较,然后再运用一体化理论对公司发展战略的选择进行了分析,经研究w\0确了公司的战略选择:主要是实施一体化战略。本文提出了采用一体化战略的一些主要战略思考,即石灰石矿山资源和沿江中转码头资源对海螺水泥的一体化战略意义和可持续发展的重大作用。最后深入研究了实施一体化战略的主要内容、建设方针、实施方法、时机选择和保障措施等。论文结论是,海螺水泥要做大做强,一体化战略是必然的选择。海螺水泥必须要加强实施一体化战略,,整合石灰石资源和水泥码头资源这两种战略资源,充分发挥整体资源优势。通过占领水泥产业链的这两个关键资源环节,提升企业的综合比较优势,最终增强企业的核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:Anhui conch cement co., Ltd is the largest cement producer and supplier in china. Conch cement has become the first brand of china cement industry, and its production capacity is the first in Asia and the third in the worldAs the representative of advanced productive forces of cement industry in China, conch cement has comprehensive competitive advantage, studies its core competence and advantages, and comprehensively understands the macro environment and development characteristics of cement industry in China.By studying the importance of the integration strategy of cement industry to the development of cement enterprises, we can better grasp the development strategy of enterprises.This paper first introduces some research background, research object, purpose and significance, research problems, data collection methods and processes, research framework and so on.Then it discusses and comments on the theory of integration strategy.In this paper, conch cement as the research object, is based on conch cement in the cement industry has a pivotal influence, is a typical representative of the cement industry.In this paper, in the research of conch cement integration strategy, some basic conditions of the company are analyzed, and the internal environment, external environment and development trend of the company are systematically studied.It also gives a general description of the overall development strategy of the company. This paper focuses on the use of the strategic choice tool (company strategic choice model / SW0T analysis model) to the opportunities, threats, and strengths faced by the company.This paper makes a comprehensive summary and comparison of various combinations such as weakness, and then analyzes the choice of the company's development strategy by using the integration theory, and confirms the strategic choice of the company by studying w: mainly implementing the integration strategy.This paper puts forward some main strategic considerations of adopting integration strategy, that is, limestone mine resources and transfer wharf resources along the river play an important role in the integrated strategic significance and sustainable development of conch cement.Finally, the main contents, construction policy, implementation methods, timing and safeguard measures of implementing integration strategy are deeply studied.The conclusion is that the integration strategy is an inevitable choice to make conch cement bigger and stronger.Conch cement must strengthen the implementation of integration strategy, integrate limestone resources and cement wharf resources, and give full play to the advantages of the overall resources.By occupying the two key resources in the cement industry chain, the comprehensive comparative advantage of the enterprise is promoted, and the core competitiveness of the enterprise is finally strengthened.
