【摘要】：在全球的经济一体化形成和发展的大趋势下，食品的供应链方面的管理同样获得了一个极其不错的发展良机和相对不错的趋势环境。在供应链管理的理念得到理论与企业界高度认可与关注的同时，全世界各地的学者和企业的高层管理人员都在理论与实践的基础上进行了更进一步的深刻的研讨。21世纪的市场竞争将是供应链和供应链之间的竞争。企业内部与外部供应链可以实现良好效益的前提条件是通过供应链管理，在企业内部的供应链上，有效实现供与求交相辉映的良好结合；促使企业采用现代化手段，达到现代化管理；降低社会库存，降低成本；有效地减少流通费用。在企业外部的供应链上，完成信息化资源的共同分享；提升服务化理念和服务化质量，进一步加大并促进消费的需求；产生大规模的连锁反应，进而实现了促进供应链上每位商家的竞争能力。这无疑是个促进的过程，进而使商家企业对整个市场大环境的反应速度进一步加快，与内部相关的物流方面的渠道、功能、环节与制造环节集成化，从而促使物流的相应服务进一步扩大、系统化，规范作业，想成健全的物流网络系统，使在市场经济体制前提下的各大企业商家更加适应。食品本身具有易损易腐蚀性，季节性强和需求不稳定性等特点，使得食品供应链尤为复杂，在食品生产方面，食品种类繁多使得产地分散，供应商管理复杂；在仓储方面，食品注重保质期，保管条件和保管环境尤为重要；在加工方面，工艺流程直接影响产品质量；在物流配送方面，要求特殊运输设备保鲜不损坏；销售环节更注重绩效管理，保证食品不会生产过剩，过期而无法出售，，避免造成直接损失。食品供应链管理的发展也与连锁零售企业的发展息息相关。因此本文展开对食品供应链管理研究，立足于沈阳沃尔玛企业这个点来详细阐述管理发展优化策略，文中详细介绍的目前相关研究现状，为此项研究提供了理论基础和良好借鉴，通过食品供应链管理的研究，了解到沈阳连锁零售业食品供应链管理现状，以及整体发展趋势，也希望本文能为零售企业提供供应链管理参考。
[Abstract]:Under the trend of global economic integration, the management of food supply chain has also got a very good opportunity and a relatively good trend environment.At the same time, the concept of supply chain management is highly recognized and concerned by both the theory and the business community.On the basis of theory and practice, scholars and senior managers from all over the world have carried out a further and profound discussion. The market competition in the 21st century will be the competition between supply chain and supply chain.The precondition for the good benefit of internal and external supply chain is to realize the good combination of supply and demand in the internal supply chain through the supply chain management, and to urge the enterprise to adopt modern means.Achieve modern management; reduce social inventory, reduce costs; effectively reduce circulation costs.In the external supply chain, we should share the information resources; improve the service concept and service quality; further increase and promote the demand for consumption; create a large-scale chain reaction,Then realized the competition ability of each merchant on the supply chain.This is undoubtedly a process of promotion, which further speeds up the response of businesses to the overall market environment and integrates internal logistics channels, functions, links and manufacturing links.Thus the corresponding services of logistics are further expanded systematized and standardized to form a sound logistics network system so as to make the major business enterprises more adaptable under the premise of market economy system.Food itself is characterized by vulnerability, seasonality and instability of demand, which makes the food supply chain particularly complex. In food production, many kinds of food make the origin scattered and supplier management complex; in the aspect of storage,Food pay attention to shelf life, storage conditions and storage environment is particularly important; in processing, the process directly affects the quality of products; in logistics distribution, require special transport equipment to keep fresh without damage; sales links pay more attention to performance management,To ensure that food is not overproduced, expired and cannot be sold, avoiding direct losses.The development of food supply chain management is closely related to the development of retail chain enterprises.Therefore, this paper starts the research on food supply chain management, based on the point of Shenyang Walmart enterprise to elaborate the optimization strategy of management development, and introduces the current situation of relevant research in detail in this paper.It provides a theoretical basis and a good reference for this study. Through the research of food supply chain management, we can find out the current situation of food supply chain management in chain retail industry in Shenyang, as well as the overall development trend.Also hope this article can provide the supply chain management reference for the retail enterprise.
