金红叶纸业集团绩效管理体系的研究

【摘要】:绩效管理体系是人力资源管理的核心内容,也是人力资源管理走向现代化的标志。一个良好的绩效管理体系,不仅能确定每位员工对组织的贡献和不足,更可以在给人力资源管理提供整体上的决定性评估资料,从而改善组织的反馈机能、提高员工的工作绩效、加强企业自身的竞争力并最终促进企业战略目标的达成。但是目前绩效管理体系在我国企业中整体运用程度不够理想,因此,建立一个绩效管理体系的评价模型来评价企业绩效管理体系的有效性,并找出其存在的问题,针对其问题给出相应的改善对策,对于我国企业绩效管理体系的发展与有效运用具有重要意义。 本文以金红叶纸业集团为例研究了企业绩效管理体系的评价问题。首先以该企业绩效管理体系的构成为出发点,分析其绩效管理体系的现状,包括战略目标、角色分工、管理流程等内容。然后针对如何评价企业的绩效管理体系建立了一个评价模型,并为该模型设置了9个评价指标,规定了其权重的设定依据和结果的评判标准,并依照这个评价模型对金红叶纸业集团的绩效管理体系进行了评价;同时也在部分企业员工之中进行了一次对该企业绩效管理体系运行情况的问卷调查。最后综合评价模型的分析和问卷调查的结果,总结出金红叶纸业集团绩效管理体系中存在的问题,并针对这些问题给出了改善建议。
[Abstract]:Performance management system is the core content of human resource management and the symbol of modernization of human resource management.A good performance management system can not only determine the contributions and shortcomings of each employee to the organization, but also provide the overall decisive assessment data for human resources management, thereby improving the feedback function of the organization.Improve the performance of employees, strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises and ultimately promote the achievement of strategic objectives.However, the performance management system is not ideal enough in our country. Therefore, a performance management system evaluation model is established to evaluate the effectiveness of the performance management system, and find out the existing problems.It is of great significance for the development and effective application of the performance management system in our country to put forward the corresponding improvement measures to solve the problems.This paper takes Jinhong Leaf Paper Group as an example to study the evaluation of enterprise performance management system.Firstly, based on the composition of the enterprise performance management system, this paper analyzes the current situation of the performance management system, including strategic objectives, role division, management process and so on.Then it establishes an evaluation model for how to evaluate the enterprise performance management system, and sets up nine evaluation indexes for the model, and defines the basis of setting its weight and the evaluation standard of the result.According to this evaluation model, the performance management system of Jinhong Ye Paper Group is evaluated, and a questionnaire survey on the performance management system is also carried out among some employees.Finally, the analysis of comprehensive evaluation model and the results of questionnaire survey, summed up the existing problems in the performance management system of Jinhong Leaf Paper Group, and put forward some suggestions to improve these problems.
