【摘要】：摘要：南方ZJ有限公司(本文简称ZJ公司)经过70多年的发展,已经在国内市场占据重要地位,并日益在国际市场崭露头角。在全球轨道交通市场发展的众多机遇和挑战面前,如何保持企业市场竞争优势,是公司当前发展的核心关键。随着ZJ公司参与市场竞标次数的增加,源自技术投标组织结构的问题多次暴露,直接影响竞标结果,甚至危及公司在某些市场的优势地位。技术投标组织结构优劣对企业的市场竞争力具有深刻而长远的影响。因此,本文拟对ZJ公司技术投标组织结构进行系统的剖析和优化。本文以技术投标责任部门市场技术部为核心,运用组织结构理论工具对ZJ公司技术投标组织进行分析,找出影响技术投标组织有效性的因素,并结合实际情况进行考量,得到以下基本观点：一是技术投标组织结构中的分工专业化、团队合作、扁平化管理等维度都对管理效率有重要的积极影响,二是组织结构需要根据实际情况进行评估和调整以适应环境变化,三是组织结构中要形成有效激励机制,保持组织结构的活力。同时,论文还提出构建更为合理有效技术投标组织结构的方案。最后,论文尝试用系统优化评价的信息熵模型对优化后的组织结构进行了初步评价,并提出了优化后组织结构实施的保障措施及动态调整方向。全文包含图15幅,表12个。参考文献53篇。
[Abstract]:Abstract: after more than 70 years of development, Southern ZJ Co., Ltd. has occupied an important position in the domestic market and has emerged increasingly in the international market.In the face of many opportunities and challenges in the development of the global rail transit market, how to maintain the competitive advantage of the enterprise market is the core of the current development of the company.With the increase of the number of ZJ companies participating in the market bidding, the problems arising from the organization structure of technical bidding have been exposed many times, which directly affect the bidding results and even endanger the dominant position of the company in some markets.The organizational structure of technical bidding has a profound and long-term influence on the market competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore, this paper intends to analyze and optimize the structure of the technical bidding organization of ZJ Company.In this paper, the market technical department of the technical bidding responsibility department is the core, the organization structure theory tool is used to analyze the technical bidding organization of ZJ Company, to find out the factors that affect the effectiveness of the technical tender organization, and to consider the actual situation.The following basic viewpoints are obtained: first, the dimensions of division of labor and specialization, team cooperation and flat management in the organization structure of technical bidding have an important positive impact on the management efficiency.Second, the organizational structure needs to be evaluated and adjusted according to the actual situation in order to adapt to the changes of the environment, and the third is to form an effective incentive mechanism in the organizational structure to maintain the vitality of the organizational structure.At the same time, the paper also put forward a more reasonable and effective technical bidding organization structure.Finally, the paper tries to use the information entropy model of system optimization evaluation to evaluate the optimized organizational structure, and puts forward the guarantee measures and the dynamic adjustment direction of the optimized organizational structure.The full text includes 15 figures and 12 tables.53 refs.
