长春市工业空间形态与形成机制研究

【摘要】：城市空间结构是地理学研究的热点，本文以长春为例，从工业空间的视角，重点研究长春市工业空间与城市其他功能空间的相互作用关系。工业空间的分布对整个城市的形态和结构起着决定性的影响作用，目前国内关于工业空间的研究尚不足，本文在系统梳理国内外相关理论的基础上，试图对工业空间的研究方法提出一些创新，并揭示长春市城市空间形态特征与存在的问题，分析长春市工业空间形成的机制，针对目前工业空间存在的问题，提出解决的方案。本文以GoogleEarth影像图为基础，参照长春市各阶段土地利用图等资料获取数据，以ArcGIS等软件为平台，主要研究了长春市工业空间、居住空间、服务空间以及交通空间的形态结构和相互关系；本文运用的主要研究方法有缓冲区研究、环系统分析方法等，选取的指标主要有首位度、4地块指数、Shannon-Weaver多样性指数、地块面积平均值、用地增长率等，从工业空间的角度对长春市城市空间结构、形态做了系统的分析。全文共分八章：第一章：绪论。主要介绍了本论文的选题背景、研究目标、研究意义、研究的内容与方法、研究重点与难点。第二章：基础理论研究。界定了工业空间和城市功能的概念，介绍了工业区位论等相关基础理论，对国内外相关研究进行了系统的总结。第三章：长春市工业空间的时空演变历程研究。对长春市工业空间的演变历程做了系统的梳理，并从重心、“中心-外围”、时空演变特征三个方面对长春市1995-2011年间的工业空间演变进行了定量分析。第四章：长春市工业空间布局的现状特征分析。主要从工业用地地块的布局特征、“中心-外围”布局变化对长春市工业空间整体形态进行研究，把长春市分为七个片区和一个外围地带，选取用地面积、首位度、地块平均值等指标进一步对各片区的空间形态进行分析，并提出长春市工业空间形态存在的主要问题。第五章：长春市工业空间与城市空间相互关系研究。在介绍工业空间与城市空间相互作用理论的基础上，从用地重心、“中心-外围”变化两个方面分析三大用地的整体空间形态，运用Shannon-Weaver多样性指数等指标研究各片区和典型区的城市空间形态及演变特征，运用缓冲区研究方法定量分析工业空间与交通空间的数量关系，并总结了长春市城市空间存在的主要问题。第六章：长春市工业空间形成机制分析。从行政、市场、规划、交通、路径依赖与技术创新、自然环境与生态等方面分析了长春市工业空间形成的机制。第七章：长春市工业空间发展趋势与调控研究。分析了长春市工业空间的发展趋势，并提出了调控的对策与建议。第八章：结论与展望。主要针对以上研究进行总结，在此基础上指出论文可能的创新点与存在的不足，并展望今后进一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:City spatial structure is a hotspot of geography research, this paper Changchun as an example, from the perspective of industrial space, focus on the interaction between Changchun industrial space and other city function space. The distribution of industrial spatial morphology and structure of the entire city plays a decisive influence, the current domestic research on the industrial space is less than this paper, based on combing the domestic and foreign related theory, tries to research methods of industrial space and put forward some innovation, and reveal the morphological characteristics of Changchun city space and problems, analysis of the mechanism of industrial space Changchun formed, aiming at the existing problems of industrial space, put forward the solution.
This paper is based on the GoogleEarth image data acquisition, reference map data of land use in various stages of Changchun city such as ArcGIS, software as a platform, the main research of industrial space, Changchun residential space, service space, traffic space structure and relationship; the main research methods in this paper use the buffer of the ring the method of system analysis, the main indexes are selected first, 4 block index, Shannon-Weaver diversity index, the average land area, land growth rate, from the industrial spatial perspective on Changchun city spatial structure, form the system analysis. The thesis consists of eight chapters:
The first chapter is introduction. It mainly introduces the background of the topic, the research goal, the significance, the content and method of the research, the focus and the difficulty of the research.
The second chapter: basic theory research. It defines the concept of industrial space and urban function, introduces industrial location theory and other related basic theories, and makes a systematic summary of related researches both at home and abroad.
The third chapter: the study on the evolution of industrial spatial temporal Changchun city. The evolvement of industrial space Changchun city to do a systematic combing, and from the center of gravity, "center periphery", three aspects of temporal and spatial evolution characteristics Changchun city 1995-2011 years of industrial spatial evolution was quantitatively analyzed.
The fourth chapter: the analysis of current characteristics of industrial space layout Changchun city. Mainly from the industrial land layout features, "Research on the overall shape of center periphery" of Changchun industrial space layout changes, the Changchun city is divided into seven area and a peripheral area, select the area, first degree, average block value further space for each area were analyzed, and put forward the main problems of industrial space form Changchun city.
The fifth chapter: Research on the relationship between Changchun industrial space and city space. From the aspects of administration, market, planning, transportation, path dependence and technological innovation, natural environment and ecology, the formation mechanism of industrial space in Changchun is analyzed.
The seventh chapter: the research on the development trend and regulation of industrial space in Changchun. The development trend of industrial space in Changchun is analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
The eighth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. Based on the above research, it points out the possible innovations and shortcomings of the paper, and looks forward to further research directions in the future.
