内蒙古制造业与物流业联动发展研究

【摘要】：近年来，随着我国工业化进程的逐步深入，如何使制造业完成产业结构优化升级，带动第三产业的迅猛发展，从而使经济增长方式朝着更为有效的方式转变已迫在眉睫。而制造业与物流业分别隶属于国民经济的第二、三产业，所以两者自身的发展水平及两者之间的发展情况，对我国整体的工业化进程有至关重要的影响。此外，制造业与物流业二者之间还存在着紧密的联系:制造业的发展不但可以带动物流业的发展，制造业又是物流需求的起点和主要来源，而且为物流业提供其发展的基础设施和技术；物流业作为纽带衔接着制造业内部各环节的生产性服务，制造业通过物流业可以使内部结构得到优化，从而提高整个产业链的效率，达到提升产业核心竞争力的目的，物流业为制造业的发展提供了重要保证。因此，促进制造业与物流业联动、协调、可持续发展，不仅对制造业和物流业的自身发展有利，而且对我国国民经济的发展和经济增长方式的转变都有着极为重要的影响。内蒙古作为我国制造业的重要的基地，对自治区内的制造业与物流业联动发展问题进行深入分析，既对促进内蒙古经济的发展有积极的影响，同时又可对国内其它地区制造业与物流业的发展起到一定的参考作用。本文以制造业与物流业的产业联动关系为主要研究线索，在总结国内外关于制造业与物流业的联动发展资料为本文的研究基础，采用定性与定量相结合的分析方法，从产业关联、融合以及联动的角度对制造业与物流业联动的本质、概念、特点，以及联动基础等加以全面的界定，并结合内蒙古制造业与物流业的发展现状，利用计量经济学中的广义脉冲模型（VAR），采用1980-2011年间内蒙古制造业和物流业的统计数据,通过变量之间脉冲响应分析和方差分解的方法，对内蒙古制造业与物流业之间的动态联动关系用以实证分析，得出现阶段内蒙古制造业与物流业的联动关系尚处于以制造业需求拉动为主要动力的联动初级阶段，并且有向联动发展防线过渡的迹象，并且针对如何促进内蒙古制造业与物流业的联动发展提出了若干总结性建议，并希望为有关部门提供可借鉴的参考意见，丰富相关学者的研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of China's industrialization process, it is urgent to make the manufacturing industry complete the optimization and upgrade of industrial structure, promote the rapid development of the tertiary industry and make the mode of economic growth change to a more effective way.The manufacturing industry and logistics industry belong to the second and third industries of the national economy respectively, so the level of their own development and the development situation between the two industries have a vital impact on the overall industrialization process of our country.In addition, there is a close relationship between the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry: the development of the manufacturing industry can not only promote the development of the logistics industry, but also the manufacturing industry is the starting point and the main source of logistics demand.And to provide the logistics industry with the infrastructure and technology for its development; the logistics industry acts as a link between the productive services of the various links within the manufacturing industry, through which the manufacturing industry can optimize the internal structure.In order to improve the efficiency of the entire industrial chain and achieve the purpose of enhancing the core competitiveness of the industry, logistics industry provides an important guarantee for the development of manufacturing industry.Therefore, promoting the linkage, coordination and sustainable development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry is not only beneficial to the development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry, but also has an extremely important influence on the development of national economy and the transformation of economic growth mode in our country.As an important base of China's manufacturing industry, Inner Mongolia has a positive impact on promoting the economic development of Inner Mongolia by deeply analyzing the linkage development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry in the autonomous region.At the same time, it can also play a certain reference role in the development of manufacturing and logistics industry in other regions of China.This paper takes the relationship between manufacturing industry and logistics industry as the main research clue, summarizes the domestic and foreign information about the linkage development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry as the research foundation of this paper, and adopts the qualitative and quantitative analysis method.From the angle of industrial connection, integration and linkage, the paper defines the nature, concept, characteristics and the basis of linkage between manufacturing and logistics industry, and combines the present situation of development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Inner Mongolia.By using the generalized pulse model in econometrics, the statistical data of the manufacturing and logistics industries in Inner Mongolia from 1980 to 2011, the methods of impulse response analysis and variance decomposition between variables are used.The dynamic linkage relationship between manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Inner Mongolia is analyzed empirically. It is concluded that the linkage relationship between manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Inner Mongolia is still in the primary stage of linkage driven by manufacturing demand.And there are signs of transition to the development line of linkage development, and in view of how to promote the linkage development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Inner Mongolia, this paper puts forward some concluding suggestions, and hopes to provide some reference suggestions for relevant departments.Enrich the research of relevant scholars.
