大唐陕西发电有限公司煤制烯烃产业发展战略研究

【摘要】:面对复杂多变的国际国内经济环境和发电侧受制于煤炭供应价格而亏损严重的严峻形势,为增强大唐陕西发电有限公司竞争能力,实现公司做大做强的目标,本文根据大唐陕西发电有限公司自身的实际情况和外部环境面临的机遇和威胁,通过理论与实践相结合的方式,对企业发展战略进行了系统研究,为大唐陕西发电有限公司发展煤制烯烃产业制定了一个具操作性、适应公司经营发展需要的发展战略。 本文首先阐述了大唐陕西发电有限公司的发展概况和公司煤制烯烃产业情况,运用企业战略管理理论中的内外部环境分析理论和方法,,分别对大唐陕西发电有限公司实施煤制烯烃产业发展战略的宏观环境、产业环境和内部环境进行分析,同时通过SW0T模型对大唐陕西发电有限公司发展煤制烯烃产业的内部的优势和劣势、外部的机会和威胁进行分析,确立了发展战略的指导思想、目标,并对大唐陕西发电有限公司发展煤制烯烃产业进行了战略匹配与选择。 本文通过对大唐陕西发电有限公司煤制烯烃产业发展面临的内、外部环境等情况全面、系统的分析,提出了大唐陕西发电有限公司煤制烯烃产业应实施多元合作发展、垂直一体化和成本领先等战略,为保障战略的顺利实施,制定了合理的战略实施方案、保障对策和建议。大唐陕西发电有限公司通过实施煤制烯烃产业发展战略,将会提高公司的盈利水平,增强公司核心竞争力,为公司可持续健康发展打下良好的基础。
[Abstract]:Faced with the severe situation that the complex and changeable international and domestic economic environment and the power generation side are restricted by the coal supply price and suffer serious losses, in order to enhance the competitive ability of Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd and realize the goal of the company becoming bigger and stronger,According to the actual situation of Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd and the opportunities and threats that the external environment is facing, this paper makes a systematic study on the development strategy of the enterprise through the combination of theory and practice.An operational development strategy for the development of coal olefin industry in Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd. has been developed to meet the needs of the company's management and development.This paper first describes the general situation of the development of Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd. and the situation of the company's olefin industry, and applies the theory and method of internal and external environment analysis in the enterprise strategic management theory.The macro environment, industrial environment and internal environment of implementing the development strategy of coal olefin industry in Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd are analyzed respectively.At the same time, through the SW0T model, the paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats of developing coal olefin industry in Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd., and establishes the guiding ideology and goal of the development strategy.The strategy matching and selection of the development of coal olefin industry in Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd.Based on the comprehensive and systematic analysis of the internal and external environment of the development of coal olefin industry in Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd., this paper puts forward that the development of coal olefin industry in Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd should be carried out in multiple cooperation.Vertical integration and cost leading strategy, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, a reasonable strategy implementation plan, safeguard countermeasures and suggestions.Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd will improve the profit level, enhance the core competitiveness of the company and lay a good foundation for the sustainable and healthy development of the company through the implementation of the development strategy of coal olefin industry.
