海勃湾电厂200MW机组通流部分改造方案及效益分析

【摘要】:我国早期投产的200MW汽轮机限于当时的设计制造技术,不但缸效率低,还存在一定的安全隐患。因此,对现役国产200MW汽轮机组通流部分进行技术改造具有重大的实用价值和一定的学术意义。 论文对海勃湾发电厂200MW凝汽式机组通流部分改造方案进行了研究,获得了合理的改造方案,即:调节级喷嘴叶栅采用子午面收缩形式;低压缸静叶栅采用弯扭静叶片,动叶栅采用高效叶型,压力级隔板采用焊接方式,动叶和围带采用一体化结构,增加叶顶汽封齿的数量,增大末级、次末级根部反动度,末级动叶进汽侧镶嵌司太立合金片。此外还对关键的零部件的结构强度、刚度以及振动特性进行了计算校核分析和优化设计。 对改造前后汽轮机机组的经济效益进行了分析对比,改造后汽轮机机组的经济效益得到了明显提高,热耗下降了617.2kJ/(kW·h),效率提高了7.08%,煤耗降低了24.57g/(kW·h)左右,年节约标准煤27862吨。同时,由于汽耗量的减少,在同等发电量的情况下,烟气量减少,使得受热面的磨损减轻,除灰脱硫设备及相关管道的磨损也减小,各辅机功耗减小,使厂用电量降低。 分析了该机组通流部分改造后出现的问题,例如低压缸隔板与汽缸相互干涉以及轴向间隙偏小等,制定了相应的解决措施,对汽缸凸肩进行等离子车削确保切割精度,采用冷焊的工艺以减少隔板变形。 总之,海勃湾电厂200MW机组通流部分改造的方案是可行的,效益是显著的。该机组改造的理论与实践可为国内火电机组的改造提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:The 200MW steam turbine that was put into production in the early period of our country is limited to the design and manufacture technology at that time, which not only has low cylinder efficiency, but also has certain safety hidden trouble.Therefore, it is of great practical value and academic significance to revamp the flow passage of existing domestic 200MW steam turbine units.In this paper, the retrofit scheme of 200MW condensing steam turbine in Haibiewan Power Plant is studied, and a reasonable retrofit scheme is obtained, that is, the cascade of regulating stage nozzle adopts meridian contraction form, the static cascade of low pressure cylinder adopts bending and torsional static blade,The moving cascade adopts the efficient blade shape, the pressure grade partition adopts the welding way, the moving blade and the belt adopt the integrated structure, increases the number of the vane top steam seal teeth, increases the reaction degree of the last stage, the second stage root, and the last stage moving blade entering the steam side inlay the Si Tai Li alloy sheet.In addition, the structural strength, stiffness and vibration characteristics of key components are calculated, checked and optimized.The economic benefits of steam turbine units before and after revamping are analyzed and compared. After the revamping, the economic benefits of steam turbine units are obviously improved, the heat consumption is reduced by 617.2kJ/(kW HX, the efficiency is increased by 7.08, the coal consumption is reduced by about 24.57g/(kW h), and the standard coal is saved by 27862 tons per year.At the same time, due to the decrease of steam consumption and the decrease of flue gas quantity in the case of the same power generation, the wear of heating surface is reduced, the wear of ash removal and desulfurization equipment and related pipelines is also reduced, and the power consumption of each auxiliary machine is reduced, so that the power consumption of the plant is reduced.The problems after the revamping of the flow passage part of the unit are analyzed, such as the interference between the low pressure cylinder partition and the cylinder and the small axial clearance, and the corresponding solving measures are worked out to ensure the cutting accuracy by plasma turning on the cylinder shoulder.Cold welding process is used to reduce the deformation of the diaphragm.In a word, it is feasible and effective to reconstruct the flow passage of 200MW unit in Haibo Bay Power Plant.The theory and practice of the unit reconstruction can provide reference basis for the domestic thermal power unit transformation.
