建筑企业精益技术采纳影响因素与采纳意愿研究

【摘要】:建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业之一,建筑业的生产活动在给社会创造巨大的物质财富的同时也产生了惊人的浪费问题。要落实国家“十二五”规划能耗下降目标,就必须降低建筑能耗、减少或消除建设项目浪费。精益技术就是人们尝试减少浪费的重要工具。国外在工程项目建设中使用精益技术已取得显著的成果,然而在国内精益技术却未能发挥出应有的效果,很大程度上是因为建筑企业对员工的精益技术采纳意愿重视不够。鉴于此,论文以我国工程建设项目为背景,研究影响员工精益技术采纳意愿的因素及其作用规律,增强员工对精益技术的接受程度,提高精益技术的应用水平。 论文以建筑企业员工精益技术采纳意愿作为研究对象,根据国内外关于实施精益建设影响因素的研究成果,分析影响精益技术采纳意愿的相关因素。通过调查问卷和专家访谈获得精益技术采纳意愿影响因素调查数据,并利用粗糙集筛选出员工精益技术采纳意愿的重要影响因素。为了进一步分析影响因素与采纳意愿的关系,论文以技术接受模型为基础,通过系统动力学工具构建影响因素和采纳意愿的仿真模型,建立影响因素、技术成熟度和采纳意愿等的因果关系图和系统流程图,并利用BP神经网络结合MIV算法来确定模型中的参数。通过计算机仿真对比分析影响因素在不同技术成熟度下对采纳意愿的影响程度,探析影响因素与采纳意愿之间的作用规律,为提高员工精益技术采纳意愿提供依据。研究.结果表明影响因素对员工采纳意愿作用明显,其中精益技术感知有用性最显著其次是精益技术感知易用性,精益技术感知愉悦性作用最弱,并据此给出了一些建议。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is one of the pillar industries of our national economy. The production activities of the construction industry not only create huge material wealth for the society, but also produce a surprising problem of waste.In order to realize the energy consumption reduction target of the 12th Five-Year Plan, it is necessary to reduce the building energy consumption and reduce or eliminate the waste of construction projects.Lean technology is an important tool for people to try to reduce waste.The use of lean technology in the construction of engineering projects abroad has made remarkable achievements. However, lean technology has not been able to play its due effect in China, to a large extent, because construction enterprises pay less attention to the willingness of employees to adopt lean technology.In view of this, this paper takes the engineering construction project of our country as the background, studies the factors that affect the employees' lean technology adoption willingness and its action law, strengthens the staff's acceptance degree of lean technology, and improves the application level of lean technology.Based on the research results of the influencing factors of lean construction at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the relevant factors that affect the willingness of lean technology adoption.The questionnaire and expert interview were used to obtain the survey data of the influencing factors of lean technology adoption willingness and to screen out the important factors of lean technology adoption willingness by rough set.In order to further analyze the relationship between the influence factors and the willingness to adopt, based on the technology acceptance model, the paper constructs the simulation model of the influencing factors and the willingness to adopt through the system dynamics tools, and establishes the influencing factors.The causality diagram and system flow chart of technology maturity and willingness to adopt, and BP neural network combined with MIV algorithm are used to determine the parameters of the model.Through computer simulation, the influence degree of influencing factors on adoption intention under different technology maturity is analyzed, and the law of action between influencing factors and adoption willingness is analyzed, which provides the basis for improving employees' lean technology adoption willingness.Research.The results show that the effect of influencing factors on employee's willingness to adopt is obvious, among which the usefulness of lean technology perception is the most significant, followed by lean technology perception ease of use, and lean technology perception pleasure is the weakest. Based on this, some suggestions are given.
