【摘要】:半导体节能照明作为一项可持续发展的绿色产业被第一次写入我国十一五规划纲要,这为产业大规模进军照明市场提供了契机。在此良好的发展形势下,诞生了大批LED生产厂家,A公司就是其中之一。生产厂家的增多,让客户有了更多的可选择空间,同时也加剧了市场竞争。在生产成本的不断上涨,客户需求不断追高的情况下,传统的低成本、大众化的生产模式已经很难适应市场竞争的需求,LED生产企业普遍遭遇生存困境。A公司在生存和发展中也遇到了许多难题。本文就以A公司为例,从竞争策略的高度,对该公司存在的问题进行了研究,旨在选择适当的竞争策略,使得A公司可以充分发挥企业优势,增强市场竞争力,实现企业的长期可持续发展。本文首先阐述了当今世界各国对竞争策略方面的理论研究情况,并对研究学派从结构、能力、资源三方面做了划分。接下来通过对企业竞争策略理论的论述,对该理论内在含义和特征做了说明,并对所用的分析方法进行评析,以便于后面的论文论证使用。其次是对A公司的现状进行了分析研究,通过对公司内外部环境的分析,旨在了解公司目前的公司现状和生存环境。通过分析企业所面临的发展机会和存在的威胁,了解企业的优势和不足。在分析方法上,除了运用业内环境利用价值链分析方法外,还运用了SWOT分析法、波特的五力模型分析法。此在基础上,,对企业的竞争策略进行策划,以增强企业优势,使企业具有更强的竞争力。理论和实践相结合是本文研究的基本方针,在对理论构架系统研究的基础上,笔者查阅了大量的资料,并结合企业及行业的基本情况对A公司的竞争策略作出策划,认为公司应该在明确市场定位的基础上,不断提高企业的市场竞争能力,提升企业的市场竞争力;同时要加强内部控制,注重员工素质的提高,树立学习型企业形象,使企业的竞争能力有一个飞跃式提高。本研究可为中小企业更好的参与市场竞争提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:As a sustainable green industry, semiconductor energy-saving lighting has been written into the 11th Five-Year Plan of China for the first time, which provides an opportunity for the industry to enter the lighting market on a large scale.In this good development situation, the birth of a large number of LED manufacturers A company is one of them.The increase of manufacturers, so that customers have more options, but also intensified market competition.In the case of rising production costs and increasing customer demand, the traditional low cost,The popular production mode has been difficult to meet the needs of market competition. The LED manufacturing enterprises generally encounter the survival dilemma. A company has also encountered many difficulties in the survival and development.This paper takes A Company as an example, from the competition strategy height, has carried on the research to this company existence question, in order to select the appropriate competition strategy, enables A company to fully exert the enterprise superiority, enhances the market competition ability.To achieve long-term sustainable development of enterprises.This paper first describes the current situation of the theoretical research on competition strategy in the world, and divides the research school from three aspects: structure, ability and resources.Then, through the discussion of the theory of enterprise competition strategy, this paper explains the inherent meaning and characteristics of the theory, and analyzes the analytical methods used in order to facilitate the use of the following papers.Secondly, the present situation of company A is analyzed and studied. Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, the purpose of this paper is to understand the current situation and survival environment of the company.Through the analysis of the development opportunities and existing threats faced by enterprises, understand the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises.In addition to using the value chain analysis method in the industry environment, SWOT analysis method and Porter's five-force model analysis method are also used in the analysis method.On the basis of this, the enterprise's competitive strategy is planned in order to strengthen the enterprise's advantage and make the enterprise more competitive.The combination of theory and practice is the basic policy of this paper. On the basis of the systematic research on the theoretical framework, the author has consulted a large amount of information, and combined with the basic situation of enterprises and industries to plan the competitive strategy of Company A.On the basis of clear market positioning, the company should constantly improve the market competition ability of enterprises and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises, at the same time, it should strengthen internal control, pay attention to the improvement of staff quality, and set up the image of learning enterprises.So that the competitiveness of the enterprise has a leap forward.This study can provide some reference for SMEs to participate in market competition.
