C公司员工培训体系构建研究

【摘要】:C公司作为一家国内大型建筑施工企业,企业从2000年以后随着国家加大基础建设投资力度以来,公司的施工生产任务由2002年的40亿发展到2012年的408亿,10年间企业的营业额增加了10.2倍。企业的快速发展对人力资源管理工作提出了更大的挑战,对人员的整体素质要求也在日益的提高。因此,建立科学全面的员工培训体系是实现企业员工素质与企业的快速发展相匹配的重要途径,也是提高人力资源管理水平的重要手段。本文从企业发展的实际出发,提出员工培训体系构建的原则、思路,从员工培训需求分析、培训管理机构的明确、培训实施的过程和管理,培训效果评估等内容构建员工培训体系,并对其运行保障进行诠释。力争为C公司的健康快速发展提供一支素质优良的员工队伍,从而取得企业发展和员工发展的双赢局面。 本文共分六大部分构成。第一章,导论。提出本文研究的选题背景及意义、研究思路及方法,研究内容与框架结构。第二章,企业培训相关理论综述。包括企业员工培训理论,企业员工培训方法,企业员工培训发展的新趋势。第三章,C公司背景与员工培训现状分析。对C公司人力资源管理现状和员工培训进行分析,指出公司培训现状存在的问题,提出了构建员工培训体系的必要性。第四章,C公司员工培训体系的构建。首先提出C公司员工培训体系构建的原则、思路,然后对C公司员工培训体系进行设计,员工培训体系设计包括培训工作流程设计、培训制度建立、明确培训管理机构、开展培训需求分析、制定培训计划、培训师资和课程设计、培训方式选择、培训工作实施,最后开展员工培训效果评估。第五章,C公司员工培训体系运行保障,包括资源保障和制度保障。第六章结论。总结培训实践的经验,提出对其它国内企业的参考意义。 本文在分析研究过程中,运用了文献资料研究法、理论与实践相结合的方法、系统分析法,将理论阐述与C公司实际相结合,构建了C公司员工培训体系,以其使C公司员工培训得到一定改善,为C公司人力资源整体素质提升起到促进作用。本文通过理论研究与实际相结合构建了C公司员工培训体系,以其对国有施工企业在员工培训体系构建中有一定的启示。
[Abstract]:Company C, as a large domestic construction enterprise, has been investing more in infrastructure since 2000.The company's construction and production tasks grew from 4 billion in 2002 to 40.8 billion in 2012.The rapid development of enterprises poses a greater challenge to the management of human resources, and the overall quality of personnel is increasingly improved.Therefore, the establishment of a scientific and comprehensive staff training system is an important way to match the quality of employees with the rapid development of enterprises, and also an important means to improve the level of human resources management.Starting from the reality of enterprise development, this paper puts forward the principles and ideas for the construction of employee training system, analyzes the training needs of employees, clarifies the training management institutions, and puts forward the process and management of training implementation.Training effect evaluation and other content to build staff training system, and its operational support interpretation.Strive for C company healthy and rapid development to provide a good quality of staff, so as to achieve a win-win situation of enterprise development and staff development.This paper is composed of six parts.Chapter one, introduction.The research background and significance, research ideas and methods, research content and frame structure are proposed.The second chapter, the enterprise training related theory summary.Including the enterprise employee training theory, the enterprise staff training method, the enterprise staff training development new trend.Chapter three analyzes the background of C Company and the present situation of employee training.This paper analyzes the current situation of human resource management and employee training in C Company, points out the problems existing in the current training situation of the company, and puts forward the necessity of constructing the staff training system.The fourth chapter is about the construction of employee training system in C Company.First of all, the paper puts forward the principles and ideas of the construction of C company employee training system, then designs the C company employee training system, which includes the training workflow design, the training system establishment, the clear training management organization.Conduct training needs analysis, develop training plan, train teachers and course design, training mode selection, training implementation, and finally carry out employee training effectiveness evaluation.Chapter five: operation guarantee of employee training system, including resource guarantee and system guarantee.Chapter VI conclusion.The experience of training practice is summarized and the reference significance for other domestic enterprises is put forward.In the process of analysis and research, this paper uses the method of literature research, the method of combining theory with practice, the method of systematic analysis, and combines the theory with the practice of C Company, and constructs the training system of C Company employees.It can improve the training of C company employees and promote the overall quality of C company human resources.In this paper, the staff training system of C Company is constructed through the combination of theoretical research and practice, which has some enlightenment for state-owned construction enterprises in the construction of staff training system.
