美国某体外快速诊断公司的原材料本地化采购的研究

【摘要】:随着我国生产制造产业的飞速发展,我国“世界加工制造基地”的地位更显突出,越来越多的跨国公司为了获取更大的市场竞争优势以及降低生产加工的成本,将生产制造业务转移到中国本土进行。就现状而言,跨国公司在国际市场中竞争的核心已由传统的技术、财力的竞争逐步转变成为价值链、供应链的竞争,降低生产制造过程的成本已成必然。那么如何突破地域限制,充分利用供应链环境,借助本土物流的先天优势,实现跨国公司生产资源供应成本的降低就显得特别重要了。本文以美国IMSH体外快速诊断公司为研究对象,自2005年将产品引入中国制造后,由于并未进入中国市场销售,所以原材料的本地化采购进程实施相对缓慢。但是经历了2008年的金融风暴,以及产品逐步进入中国市场,本地化采购箭在弦上,势在必行。本地化采购对品牌的推广,公司形象的建立大有裨益。本文共分为7个章节进行研究。首先阐述了本文研究的背景和研究的意义,并就国内外有关采购管理和本地化采购的研究文献进行了整理概括;之后以供应链理论为基础,对跨国企业供应商开发和管理的现状和采购现状进行了研究,特别是针对IMSH公司与供应链有关的组织机构进行了分析,并深入针对公司现行的采购策略进行了分析,指出可能存在的问题;在此基础上,进一步分析了IMSH公司实施本地化采购的形势分析,结合国内市场环境,以及IMSH公司所处行业的发展情况,从宏观与微观两个方面对该公司实施本地化采购的形势展开分析;最后提出了IMSH公司本地化采购策略及案例成果。本课题的研究,不但能够有效补充供应链思想在本地化采购的应用理论;而且对于不断促进跨国公司迎合本地社会文化,实现公司的经营全球化具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry, the status of our "world processing and manufacturing base" is more prominent. More and more multinational companies are trying to gain more competitive advantages in the market and reduce the cost of production and processing. Transfer manufacturing operations to China. As far as the current situation is concerned, the core of multinational corporations' competition in the international market has gradually changed from traditional technology and financial competition to value chain, supply chain competition, and reducing the cost of manufacturing process has become inevitable. Therefore, how to break through the geographical constraints, make full use of the supply chain environment, with the help of the innate advantages of local logistics, it is particularly important to achieve the cost reduction of production resources supply of multinational companies. In this paper, IMSH in vitro rapid diagnosis company in the United States as the research object, since the product was introduced into China in 2005, because it did not enter the Chinese market, so the local procurement process of raw materials is relatively slow. But after the financial storm in 2008 and the products gradually entering the Chinese market, local procurement is imperative. Local procurement of brand promotion, the establishment of the company image is very helpful. This paper is divided into seven chapters. Firstly, the background and significance of this study are expounded, and the literature on procurement management and localization procurement at home and abroad are summarized, and then the supply chain theory is used as the basis. This paper studies the status quo of supplier development and management in multinational enterprises, especially the organization related to supply chain of IMSH Company, and deeply analyzes the current purchasing strategy of the company. On the basis of this, this paper further analyzes the situation of local purchasing in IMSH Company, combined with the domestic market environment, and the development of the industry in which IMSH Company is located. This paper analyzes the situation of localizing purchasing from macro and micro aspects, and finally puts forward local purchasing strategy and case results of IMSH Company. The research of this topic not only can effectively supplement the application theory of supply chain thought in local purchasing, but also has important practical significance to promote multinational corporations to cater to local social culture and realize the globalization of management.
