灵活燃料发动机电子控制系统开发项目管理

【摘要】:灵活燃料发动机作为新能源汽车的一种,目前正在全球普及,以巴西及北美应用最为广泛,普通的汽油发动机经过电子控制系统的重新设计匹配就可以作为灵活燃料发动机使用,因此灵活燃料发动机电子控制系统的开发匹配成为灵活燃料汽车开发的首要任务。 相比于传统汽油机电子控制系统,灵活燃料发动机电子控制系统更加复杂,主要表现在发动机ECU需要自行学习目前汽车油箱中燃料的乙醇含量,并由此确定发动机的运转参数。不同的燃料,发动机工作的各个参数,如点火角、充气效率、喷油量等也随之不同,这就决定了发动机控制软件需要标定的参数至少是传统汽油机的两倍以上,工作量也随之增加一倍。 传统的汽油发动机电子控制系统开发需要约12个月时间,开发费用依据设计变更的多少基本在400-500万人民币之间。项目目标既有客户的要求,同时还有国家法规的强制要求,可以说开发难度很大,对于一些性能的要求带有强制性,例如尾气排放污染物控制性能,没有任何缓冲的余地。 出于汽车市场发展的需求和技术进步的要求,整车制造企业给予各类车型的开发时间大致相同,不会因为一个单独功能模块的复杂而延长整个车型的开发时间,这就使得灵活燃料类发动机电子控制系统的开发时间被限制为同传统汽油发动机电子控制系统开发一样的12个月,同样的时间内完成两倍以上的工作量,造成开发任务非常繁重,开发工作的进行不能有任何的延迟。由于开发工作量的增加,研发费用为1000万人民币左右。 灵活燃料发动机控制系统相比传统汽油机电子控制系统的复杂性,决定了其项目管理的复杂性,需要协调更多的资源,同时需要更多并行使用资源的计划出现。相比与传统的汽油发动机电子控制系统开发,在同样的时间内,完成两倍的开发工作量,是一个巨大的挑战。而高昂的开发费用即带来了良好的企业收益也带来了巨大的潜在风险,一旦项目开发失败,对于供应商和客户来说,企业的损失都是巨大的。如何把项目管理的理论良好的运用在该类开发项目中,控制费用,节约成本,降低风险,提高开发质量成为一个难题,这也本文研究的主要方向。 本文针对国内某整车企业的灵活燃料汽车电子控制系统开发进行项目管理的研究,综合利用项目管理理论,对如何按时按质的完成该类项目进行研究。着重研究项目计划的制定,以期为类似项目的开发提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Flexible fuel engines, as one of the new energy vehicles, are now gaining popularity in the world, with Brazil and North America being the most widely used vehicles. Ordinary gasoline engine can be used as a flexible fuel engine by redesigning and matching with electronic control system, so the development and matching of electronic control system of flexible fuel engine becomes the most important task in the development of flexible fuel vehicle. Compared with the traditional electronic control system of gasoline engine, the electronic control system of flexible fuel engine is more complex. The main manifestation of this system is that the engine ECU needs to learn the ethanol content of the fuel in the fuel tank and determine the engine operating parameters. Different fuel, various parameters of engine work, such as ignition angle, inflatable efficiency, fuel injection amount, etc., which determines that the engine control software needs to calibrate at least twice as many parameters as the traditional gasoline engine. The workload doubled. It takes about 12 months to develop the traditional electronic control system of gasoline engine, and the development cost is between 4 million and 5 million RMB according to the design change. The goal of the project has not only the requirements of customers, but also the mandatory requirements of national laws and regulations. It can be said that the development is very difficult, and some performance requirements are mandatory, such as the emission control performance of exhaust gas, there is no room for buffering. In view of the demand of the development of the automobile market and the requirements of technological progress, the development time given to all kinds of models by the whole vehicle manufacturing enterprise is roughly the same, and the development time of the entire vehicle model will not be prolonged because of the complexity of a single functional module. This limits the development time of the flexible fuel engine electronic control system to the same 12 months as the traditional gasoline engine electronic control system development, with more than twice the amount of work done in the same time. The development task is very heavy, and there can be no delay in the development work. As a result of the development workload increases, the research and development expense is about 10 million RMB. Compared with the traditional electronic control system of gasoline engine, the complexity of flexible fuel engine control system determines the complexity of project management. Compared with the traditional gasoline engine electronic control system development, in the same time, to complete twice the development workload, is a huge challenge. And the high development cost not only brings the good enterprise income but also brings the huge potential risk. Once the project development fails, for the supplier and the customer, the enterprise's loss is enormous. How to apply the theory of project management to this kind of development project, to control the cost, to save the cost, to reduce the risk and to improve the quality of the development becomes a difficult problem, which is also the main research direction of this paper. In this paper, the project management of the flexible fuel vehicle electronic control system in a domestic vehicle enterprise is studied, and how to finish the project on time and according to the quality is studied by using the project management theory. Study the project plan in order to provide reference for the development of similar projects.
