石油企业文化发展创新研究

【摘要】:石油是工业的血液,是我国重要的战略物资,对保障生产生活、促进经济发展具有重要意义。企业文化是企业的灵魂,是推动企业不断前进、持续发展的动力,“文化强企”已经成为企业发展战略建设的重要指导思想,加强企业文化建设也成为企业发展的重要举措。21世纪,在改革发展的大背景下,石油企业发展的宏观环境和微观环境都发生了极大的变化,如何打造与时俱进的石油企业文化,激励新生代石油人艰苦奋斗,已经成为我国石油企业亟需解决的难题。通过石油企业文化发展创新,打造石油企业新型文化为石油企业发展提供精神动力和智力支撑,增强企业凝聚力,推动石油企业转型升级,实现可持续发展并保障能源安全具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。 本文的主要研究内容主要分为四个部分。首先,本文在概述文化、企业文化、石油企业文化相关理论的基础上,分析了石油企业文化发展的现状及存在的问题与不足,为下文的研究奠定理论基础。接着,全面深入地分析石油企业文化发展创新的意义、驱动力和条件,探讨石油企业文化发展创新的必要性、急迫性、可能性与可行性。建立了石油企业文化发展创新的驱动力模型,其中,石油在国家发展中的重要战略地位是基础动力,石油企业转型升级的必然要求是主导动力,塑造良好公众形象的迫切需求是辅助动力;建立了石油企业文化发展创新的条件模型,外部条件包括政策条件、技术条件、市场条件,内部条件包括企业条件、文化资源条件、产品条件。其次,从四个方面探讨了石油企业文化发展创新的对策:以社会主义核心价值观为核心,培育创新创业的精神文化;以法治廉洁为核心,创新构建人性化的制度文化;以敬业节俭为中心,创新培养健康文明的行为文化;以优质诚信为中心,创新打造特色高效的物质文化。最后,从引导舆论导向、加强制度保障、设立专门机构、提供资金支撑、增强人才支撑五个方面提出了石油企业文化发展创新的保障措施,以保障石油企业文化发展创新的对策顺利落实。
[Abstract]:Petroleum is the blood of industry and an important strategic material in our country. It is of great significance to guarantee production and life and promote economic development. Corporate culture is the soul of the enterprise and the motive force to promote the continuous progress and sustainable development of the enterprise. "strong culture" has become an important guiding ideology in the strategic construction of enterprise development. Strengthening the construction of enterprise culture has also become an important measure of enterprise development in the 21st century. Under the background of reform and development, the macro and micro environment for the development of petroleum enterprises have undergone great changes, so how to create a petroleum enterprise culture that keeps pace with the times. Encouraging the new generation of petroleum people to work hard has become an urgent problem for our petroleum enterprises. Through the development and innovation of petroleum enterprise culture, to create a new culture of petroleum enterprise to provide spiritual power and intellectual support for the development of petroleum enterprise, to strengthen the cohesion of the enterprise, and to promote the transformation and upgrading of oil enterprise, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to realize sustainable development and ensure energy security. The main content of this paper is divided into four parts. Firstly, on the basis of summarizing the theories of culture, enterprise culture and petroleum enterprise culture, this paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems and shortcomings of petroleum enterprise culture, and lays a theoretical foundation for the following research. Then, the significance, driving force and conditions of the development and innovation of petroleum enterprise culture are thoroughly analyzed, and the necessity, urgency, possibility and feasibility of the innovation of the development of petroleum enterprise culture are discussed. The driving force model of the development and innovation of petroleum enterprise culture is established. Among them, the important strategic position of petroleum in the national development is the basic power, and the inevitable requirement of the transformation and upgrading of the petroleum enterprise is the leading power. The urgent need to create a good public image is the auxiliary power, and a condition model for the cultural development and innovation of petroleum enterprises is established. The external conditions include policy conditions, technical conditions, market conditions, internal conditions including enterprise conditions, cultural resources conditions, etc. Product conditions. Secondly, the paper probes into the countermeasures of the development and innovation of petroleum enterprise culture from four aspects: taking the socialist core values as the core, cultivating the spirit culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, taking the clean rule of law as the core, innovating and constructing the humanized system culture; Focusing on dedication and frugality, innovating and cultivating healthy and civilized behavior culture, taking high quality and good faith as the center, innovating and creating characteristic and efficient material culture. Finally, from five aspects of guiding the public opinion, strengthening the system guarantee, setting up the specialized organization, providing the fund support, strengthening the talent support, the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the development and innovation of the petroleum enterprise culture. In order to guarantee the petroleum enterprise culture development innovation countermeasure carries out smoothly.
