三一重工技术资本战略的案例分析

【摘要】:近几年来,随着经济增速的减缓,企业所面临的竞争形势越来越严峻。作为企业增强竞争力的重要因素,技术也越来越得到企业的重视,在战略层次上具有较为重要的地位。在当前形势下企业如何通过合理地制定和实施技术资本战略从而促进企业发展应该得到广泛关注。本文选取技术资本作用较为明显的工程机械制造行业的龙头企业三一重工作为研究对象,一方面证明技术资本战略对企业的重要作用,另一方面对其如何更加有效地运用技术资本提出改进建议,有利于同行业以及其他行业的可比企业进行借鉴和参考,通过对技术资本战略的改进和完善在当前的激烈竞争中获取优势。 本文主要采用案例分析法,选取工程机械制造行业的代表企业三一重工作为主要研究对象,对企业的技术资本投入以及其他要素资本的配置情况进行测算,并采用比较分析法同中联重科、徐工机械等行业内可比企业进行比较分析,指出三一重工的优势以及不足之处。同时运用波特五力模型分析法和SOWT分析法从竞争的各个角度对企业现有技术资本战略模式进行剖析,指出优缺点以提出改进建议。 论文内容主要分为五个部分。第一部分为绪论,提出论文的研究背景,主要研究问题、目的以及方法和思路。第二部分进行技术资本相关理论以及技术资本对企业贡献的研究综述。第三部分介绍案例描述与问题,说明三一重工的企业背景、当前面临的形势以及企业本身表现出的问题,并初步提出本文的观点。第四部分是文章的主体分析部分,首先对三一重工的技术资本以及同其他要素资本的配置进行测算分析,并与可比企业进行比较分析,可以看出三一重工对技术资本的投入较高,但是技术人员的比例有待提高,企业的人力资本效率有待加强。然后运用波特五力模型进行行业竞争环境分析、运用SOWT模型进行企业内外部综合分析,明确企业现有竞争实力。之后对三一重工基于技术资本的竞争战略进行进一步综合分析,指出技术资本战略成功的必备要素。第五部分是结论和建议。根据之前文章的分析结果对三一重工的技术资本情况进行全面的总结,明确企业现状。然后提出现有技术资本战略的改进建议。 本文认为,企业需要根据内外部各项条件科学地进行技术资本积累,有针对性地安排技术研发投入,在充分考虑客户需求的基础上依托全球化发展的大趋势,积极掌握研发自主权。同时要重视技术资本战略在整个企业层面的配置和实施,进行各要素资本的合理配置以及企业管理机制和组织架构的完善,使企业的技术资本战略最大程度地发挥作用,为企业获取竞争优势。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the slowdown of economic growth, enterprises are facing more and more severe competition situation. As an important factor to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, technology is paid more and more attention by enterprises, and plays an important role in the strategic level. Under the current situation, how to make and implement the strategy of technological capital reasonably should be paid more attention to. In this paper, Sany heavy Industry, a leading enterprise in construction machinery manufacturing industry, which has obvious effect on technical capital, is selected as the research object. On the one hand, it proves the important role of technology capital strategy to enterprises. On the other hand, suggestions on how to make more effective use of technical capital can be used for reference by comparable enterprises in the same industry and other industries. Through the improvement and improvement of technology capital strategy in the current fierce competition to gain advantages. This paper mainly adopts the case analysis method, selects Sany heavy Industry, the representative enterprise of construction machinery manufacturing industry, as the main research object, calculates the technical capital investment and other factor capital allocation of the enterprise. The comparative analysis method is used to compare the advantages and disadvantages of Sany heavy Industry with those of comparable enterprises in Zhonglian heavy Section, Xugong Machinery and other industries. At the same time, using Porter's five-force model analysis method and SOWT analysis method to analyze the existing technical capital strategic model of enterprises from various angles of competition, and point out the advantages and disadvantages in order to put forward suggestions for improvement. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, and puts forward the research background, the main research problems, the purpose, the method and the train of thought. The second part summarizes the theory of technology capital and the contribution of technology capital to enterprises. The third part introduces the case description and problems, explains the enterprise background of Sany heavy Industry, the current situation and the problems of the enterprise itself, and puts forward the viewpoint of this paper. The fourth part is the main part of the article, first of all, the technical capital of Sany heavy Industry and the allocation of the capital with other factors are calculated and analyzed, and compared with comparable enterprises. It can be seen that Sany heavy Industry has a high investment in technical capital, but the proportion of technical personnel needs to be improved, and the efficiency of human capital of enterprises needs to be strengthened. Then the author analyzes the competitive environment of the industry by using Porter's five-force model and the comprehensive analysis of the internal and external enterprises by using the SOWT model to make clear the existing competitive strength of the enterprises. Then the competitive strategy of Sany heavy Industry based on technology capital is further analyzed, and the essential factors for the success of technology capital strategy are pointed out. The fifth part is the conclusion and recommendation. According to the analysis results of the previous article, the technical capital of Sany heavy Industry is summarized comprehensively and the present situation of the enterprise is clarified. Then put forward the existing technical capital strategy to improve the proposal. This paper holds that enterprises need to scientifically accumulate technology capital according to internal and external conditions, arrange investment in technology research and development in a targeted manner, and rely on the general trend of globalization development on the basis of fully considering the needs of customers. Actively grasp the autonomy of R & D. At the same time, we should attach importance to the allocation and implementation of the technology capital strategy at the whole enterprise level, and carry out the rational allocation of each factor capital and the perfection of the management mechanism and organizational structure of the enterprise, so as to make the technology capital strategy of the enterprise play its role to the maximum extent. Gain competitive advantage for enterprises.
