云烟.红河品牌导向型核心原料基地符合性评价

【摘要】：我国烟叶生产由于多种原因,与卷烟工业需求之间一直存在相互脱节的问题,“农业生产什么烟叶,工业就用什么烟叶作原料”的状况,在很大程度上影响着烟叶工业可用性和卷烟品质的提升。本文通过研究红云红河集团云烟、红河两大卷烟品牌的一二类和高三类卷烟产品对烟叶原料的质量需求,在现有云南省内7市(州)41个基地县范围内,通过对基地烟叶质量与云烟、红河品牌卷烟的原料需求符合性评价,以及原料在卷烟产品配方中的实际应用效果验证,筛选出烟叶质量能够充分满足云烟、红河品牌高档高端和高中档卷烟配方需求的最优生态区域,配置特色优质品种,配套定向栽培烘烤技术,建立云烟、红河品牌导向型专属核心原料基地,具体结论如下： 1、红云红河集团省内7市(州)41县355个乡镇的烟叶质量状况是：(1)高档原料：经研究原料基地的高档原料外观质量总分平均为80.1分,符合一二类卷烟对原料外观质量要求(外观总分75分),符合比例达87.5%；化学成分指标与《云南中烟优质烤烟内在化学成分指标要求》的平均符合度为94.1%,符合一二类卷烟要求(符合度90%)；评吸总分平均为89.5分,符合一二类卷烟对原料感官质量要求(评吸总分86分),符合比例达91.7%。(2)中档原料：经研究原料基地的中档原料在外观质量上总分平均为73.4分,符合高三类卷烟对原料外观质量指标的要求(外观总分70-75分),符合比例达85.6%；化学成分指标含量平均符合度为86.9%,符合三类卷烟对原料的化学成分要求(符合度80-90%),感官质量总分平均为84分,符合比例达90.2%,符合三类卷烟对原料的感官质量要求(评吸-86分)。 2、云烟、红河品牌高档原料基地主要分布在海拔1200～1800m的烟区,烤烟大田期均温为20.5～22.5℃,大田期日照时数为650～750小时,大田期降雨量为600-700mm,土壤质地主要为壤土；涉及7市(州)31县区的152个乡镇,植烟面积为156万亩,年收购烟叶达474.7万担,占总收购量的44.1%。中档原料基地主要分布在海拔1200-2000m的烟区,烤烟大田期均温为19.5-20.5℃,大田期日照时数为550-650h,大田期降雨量为500-800mm,土壤质地主要为壤土；涉及6市(州)34县区的135个乡镇,植烟面积为136.8万亩,年收购烟叶达408.5万担,占总收购量的37.9%； 3、在云烟、红河品牌卷烟高档原料专属生产基地,年调拨烟叶174万担,占集团省内烟叶总调拨量的47.3%；在云烟、红河品牌卷烟中档原料专属生产基地,年调拨烟叶193.5万担,占集团省内烟叶总调拨量的52.7%。
[Abstract]:Due to various reasons, there has always been a disjoint problem between tobacco production and cigarette industry demand in China. "whatever tobacco leaves are produced in agriculture, tobacco leaves are used as raw materials in industry," he said. To a great extent, it affects the availability of tobacco industry and the improvement of cigarette quality. In this paper, the quality demand of tobacco leaf raw materials for Yunyan, Honghe and Honghe cigarette brands of Hongyun Honghe Group is studied, and the quality requirements of tobacco raw materials in 7 cities (prefectures) and 41 counties in Yunnan Province are studied in this paper. By evaluating the quality of base tobacco leaf and the demand of cloud smoke, Honghe brand cigarette, and verifying the practical application effect of raw material in cigarette product formulation, the tobacco leaf quality can be fully satisfied with cloud smoke. The best ecological region for the demand of high-grade and high-grade cigarette formula of Honghe brand, the best ecological region for the prescription demand of high-grade and high-grade cigarettes, the allocation of characteristic high-quality varieties, the matching of directional cultivation and baking technology, the establishment of the core material base of Yunyan and Honghe brand, the concrete conclusions are as follows: 1, 7 cities of Hongyun Honghe Group province (355 villages and towns in Zhouzhou41 County are of high grade raw materials): the total score of appearance quality of high-grade raw materials based on the studied raw materials is 80.1 on average. It meets the appearance quality requirements of one and two types of cigarettes (the total appearance score is 75 minutes, the conformity ratio is up to 87.5; the average coincidence between the chemical composition index and the "internal chemical composition index requirement of Yunnan middle tobacco quality flue-cured tobacco") is 94.1, and accords with one or two categories of flue-cured tobacco. Cigarette requirements (conformity: 90); average total score of smoking is 89.5, According to the sensory quality requirements of one or two types of cigarettes (total score 86 points, the proportion of conformity is 91.7%), the average total score of the middle grade raw materials in the research material base is 73.4 points on the appearance quality. Meet the requirements of the appearance quality index of high three types of cigarettes (total appearance score 70-75 points, the proportion of conformity up to 85.6; the average conformity of chemical composition index content is 86.9; accord with the chemical composition requirements of three types of cigarettes (80-90%), sense of feeling The average official quality score was 84.
