B公司企业员工培训体系改进研究

【摘要】:企业的发展,人才是关键。进入21世纪以来,随着知识经济的迅速膨胀和全球一体化进程的加快,人才逐渐成为企业间竞争的实质与核心,加强人才的引进和培养也随之受到各企业的普遍重视。企业内部培训作为提升员工素质、保障人才供给的重要手段和途径,在现代经济管理的理论与实践中被广泛关注,然而,如何构建一个科学、合理的培训体系,则需要进一步的探索。本文就此问题,结合实际工作进行了研究。 本文通过综合运用文献研究、归纳分析和实证分析等研究方法,从基本概念理清入手,梳理现有研究成果,考察相关理论背景,以隶属于中国石油天然气集团的B公司为例,系统论述了公司培训体系的建立及其相关问题的解决策略。以B公司为例建立先进、高效的企业培训体系是本文的行文主线,文章从分析该公司企业战略规划和经营发展状况写起,结合人力资源和培训的相关理论,,总结B公司当前员工培训工作的特征和现有培训体系中存在的问题以及成因,并在借鉴国内外企业先进培训经验的基础上,针对B公司培训体系存在的突出问题,从完善培训流程、强化战略导向、优化培训资源体系等几个方面对B公司现有培训体系进行改进和完善提出具体的解决措施。 面对日益激烈的市场竞争,培养和建设一支高素质的人才队伍对企业而言至关重要。公司培训体系设计就是通过建立一套科学、完备的体系,明确企业培训的目标和方法,解决实际操作中的问题和困难,加强对企业员工的培训,提升员工素质,从而持续提升企业的业绩,增强企业竞争力、实现企业发展战略。因而,对公司员工培训体系设计进行研究具有理论和现实意义。本文希望能够通过一些粗浅的分析,结合笔者多年的培训工作经验,提出自己的看法和建议,为公司培训体系的完善贡献点滴力量。
[Abstract]:The development of enterprises, talent is the key. Since the 21st century, with the rapid expansion of knowledge economy and the acceleration of the process of global integration, people have gradually become the essence and core of competition among enterprises. As an important means and way to improve the quality of employees and ensure the supply of talents, internal training in enterprises has been widely concerned in the theory and practice of modern economic management. However, how to build a scientific and reasonable training system, Further exploration is needed. In this paper, this problem is studied in combination with practical work. Through the comprehensive use of literature research, inductive analysis and empirical analysis and other research methods, this paper begins with the basic concepts, combs the existing research results, inspects the relevant theoretical background, and takes B Company, which belongs to China National Petroleum and Gas Corporation, as an example. This paper systematically discusses the establishment of the company's training system and the solutions to the related problems. Taking Company B as an example, establishing advanced and efficient enterprise training system is the main line of this paper. This paper begins with the analysis of the strategic planning and management development of the company, and combines the relevant theories of human resources and training. This paper summarizes the characteristics of current employee training in Company B, the problems existing in the current training system and the causes, and on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced training experience of domestic and foreign enterprises, aiming at the outstanding problems in the training system of Company B. From the aspects of perfecting the training process, strengthening the strategic orientation and optimizing the training resource system, the author puts forward some concrete measures to improve and perfect the existing training system of B Company. Facing the increasingly fierce market competition, it is very important for enterprises to cultivate and build a high-quality talent team. The design of company training system is to establish a scientific and complete system, to clarify the objectives and methods of enterprise training, to solve the problems and difficulties in practical operation, to strengthen the training of enterprise employees, and to improve the quality of employees. In order to continuously improve the performance of enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, achieve enterprise development strategy. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the design of employee training system. This paper hopes that through some shallow analysis, combined with the author's training experience for many years, put forward their own views and suggestions, and contribute to the improvement of the company's training system.
