外包对我国电子信息产业技术创新的影响研究

【摘要】：20世纪90年代以来,在经济全球化和信息化的共同驱动下,越来越多的企业将部分生产环节转移给其他厂商完成,外包活动逐渐兴起。外包程度的不断深化不仅影响企业产品的更新速度,也影响企业的技术创新能力。本文从发包国的视角,研究外包对我国电子信息产业技术创新的影响。本文的研究以外包如何影响技术创新为中心,首先阐述了本文的选题背景和研究意义,并且在国内外研究现状的基础上,揭示了外包对技术创新的影响机制；进而明确了本文的研究思路和研究方法；最后,在界定本文研究范围的前提下,提出了本文研究的主要内容和可能的创新之处。其次,在文献述评的基础上,运用科学合理的方法,从发包国的视角分别测算和分析了2002年和2007年我国电子信息产业细分行业和各省市外包程度和变化趋势,并在此基础上,分析了物质外包与服务外包的差异性。研究结果显示：2002年和2007年两年间,总外包、物质外包和服务外包的水平都呈上升的趋势,物质外包水平远远大于服务外包水平,但服务外包率的增长速度大于物质外包率的增长速度；同时,中西部地区的外包水平与东部地区还存在较大的差距。第三,在理论分析的基础上,就外包对技术创新投入的影响提出了五个可供检验的假说。运用面板数据计量模型从行业和地区两个层面实证检验了我国电子信息产业外包对技术创新投入的影响。研究结果证实,外包程度的不断深化在一定程度上促进了我国电子信息产业技术创新投入的提高；行业投资规模、行业增值率和人均固定资产净值也对电子信息产业技术创新投入产生显著的促进作用；而我国电子信息产业企业规模与技术创新投入的关系呈U型。第四,在理论分析的基础上,就外包、技术创新投入对技术创新产出的影响提出了六个可供检验的假说,构建了一个关于技术创新产出的计量模型,并运用截面数据模型分别从行业和地区两个层面实证检验了外包对我国电子信息产业技术创新产出的影响机制。研究结果表明,外包水平的不断深化对技术创新产出具有正向的影响；此外,技术创新投入(人员投入和资本投入)越大,产业外包的技术创新产出也越大；在一般竞争性行业中,国有产权越集中,会对产业外包的技术创新产出起到积极的影响；贸易开放度越大,产业外包的技术创新产出效率也越大；而在规模较大的行业,产业外包的新产品销售收入效率更大。最后,总结了本文对外包对我国电子信息产业技术创新影响的研究结论,并针对我国电子信息产业的发展现状,提出了一些具有借鉴意义的政策建议。同时,阐述了本文研究存在的局限性,并探讨了未来的研究展望。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, driven by economic globalization and information technology, more and more enterprises have transferred part of the production links to other manufacturers to complete, and outsourcing activities have gradually risen. The deepening of outsourcing not only affects the renewal speed of enterprise products, but also affects the technological innovation ability of enterprises. From the perspective of the contracting country, this paper studies the influence of outsourcing on the technological innovation of electronic information industry in China. This paper focuses on how outsourcing affects technological innovation. Firstly, this paper expounds the background and significance of the topic, and reveals the mechanism of outsourcing on technological innovation on the basis of the current research situation at home and abroad. Finally, on the premise of defining the scope of this study, the main contents and possible innovations of this paper are put forward. Secondly, on the basis of literature review, using scientific and reasonable methods, this paper estimates and analyzes the degree and trend of outsourcing in China's electronic information industry in 2002 and 2007 from the perspective of the contracting countries. The difference between material outsourcing and service outsourcing is analyzed. The results show that in 2002 and 2007, the level of total outsourcing, material outsourcing and service outsourcing is on the rise, and the level of material outsourcing is far greater than the level of service outsourcing. However, the growth rate of service outsourcing is faster than that of material outsourcing, and there is still a big gap between the level of outsourcing in the central and western regions and the eastern region. Thirdly, on the basis of theoretical analysis, five testable hypotheses about the influence of outsourcing on technological innovation input are put forward. By using panel data measurement model, the paper empirically tests the influence of outsourcing of electronic information industry on technological innovation investment from two aspects of industry and region. The results show that the deepening of outsourcing promotes the technological innovation investment of electronic information industry in China to a certain extent, the scale of industry investment, Industry value-added rate and net fixed assets per capita also play a significant role in promoting technological innovation investment in electronic information industry, while the relationship between enterprise size and technological innovation investment in electronic information industry in China is U-shaped. Fourthly, on the basis of theoretical analysis, six testable hypotheses about the influence of outsourcing and technological innovation input on technological innovation output are put forward, and a measurement model of technological innovation output is constructed. By using cross-section data model, the paper empirically examines the influence mechanism of outsourcing on the technological innovation output of electronic information industry in China from two aspects: industry and region. The results show that the deepening of outsourcing level has a positive impact on the technological innovation output, in addition, the larger the technological innovation input (personnel input and capital input), the greater the technological innovation output of industrial outsourcing. In general competitive industries, the concentration of state-owned property rights will have a positive impact on the technological innovation output of industrial outsourcing; the greater the degree of trade openness, the greater the efficiency of technological innovation output of industrial outsourcing; and in larger industries, New products outsourced by industry are more efficient in terms of revenue from sales. Finally, this paper summarizes the conclusion of the research on the influence of outsourcing on the technological innovation of electronic information industry in China, and puts forward some policy suggestions for reference in view of the current development situation of electronic information industry in China. At the same time, the limitations of this study are expounded, and the future research prospects are discussed.
