我国轿车企业知识产权战略研究

【摘要】:作为重要的运输工具,汽车是科学技术发展水平的标志。作为汽车产业的组成部分,轿车行业占据着极其重要的地位,因此努力发展轿车行业对国家、对经济都有着极其深远的意义。作为我国轿车行业的自主品牌,吉利、奇瑞、华晨等企业已彰显出强大的生命力,但是他们依然显现出产品质量相对较差、科技创新能力不足、企业规模相对较小等问题。事实证明,我国轿车企业的问题不是缺乏市场和资金,而是缺乏以创新能力和自主品牌能力为基础的软实力,缺乏对知识产权的重视和运用。 本文共分为五章,第一章绪论部分重点介绍本文的研究背景、意义及国内外关于知识产权的研究现状。第二章是知识产权及其战略的相关理论基础部分,这一部分重点介绍知识产权战略的相关内容以及合作博弈。第三章是国内外轿车企业知识产权发展现状的分析,在这一部分主要介绍了美国、日本这些发达国家轿车企业知识产权的发展现状,并对我国轿车企业知识产权发展情况进行了案例剖析和SWOT分析,使我们对我国轿车企业知识产权发展现状有了进一步的认识,并发现了我国轿车企业知识产权发展中存在的问题。第四章从战略目标、战略重点、具体战略选择三方面制定了符合我国轿车企业实际发展情况的知识产权战略,这一部分的重点在于知识产权开发战略的制定,并运用合作博弈分析了企业合作研发的优势。第五章提出了实施我国轿车企业知识产权战略的措施,以期促进我国轿车企业更好更快的发展,,避免知识产权纠纷,在国际贸易中提高竞争力。
[Abstract]:As an important means of transportation, automobile is a symbol of the level of development of science and technology. As an integral part of automobile industry, car industry occupies an extremely important position, so it is of great significance to the country and economy to strive to develop car industry. As the independent brand of China's car industry, Geely, Chery, brilliance and other enterprises have shown a strong vitality, but they still show that the product quality is relatively poor, the scientific and technological innovation ability is insufficient, the enterprise scale is relatively small and so on. Facts have proved that the problem of Chinese car enterprises is not lack of market and capital, but lack of soft power based on innovation ability and independent brand ability, and lack of attention and application of intellectual property. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter focuses on the introduction of the research background, significance and domestic and foreign research on intellectual property. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of intellectual property and its strategy, which focuses on the relevant content of intellectual property strategy and cooperative game. The third chapter is the domestic and foreign car enterprise intellectual property development present situation analysis, in this part mainly introduced the United States, the Japan developed country car enterprise intellectual property development present situation, The case study and SWOT analysis on the development of intellectual property rights of car enterprises in China have made us have a further understanding of the present situation of the development of intellectual property rights of car enterprises in our country. And found the problems in the development of intellectual property rights of car enterprises in China. The fourth chapter formulates the intellectual property right strategy which accords with the actual development situation of the car enterprises in our country from three aspects of the strategic objective, the strategic focus, the specific strategic choice, which focuses on the formulation of the intellectual property development strategy. The advantage of cooperative R & D is analyzed by using cooperative game. The fifth chapter puts forward the measures to implement the intellectual property strategy of China's car enterprises in order to promote the better and faster development of Chinese car enterprises, avoid intellectual property disputes, and improve their competitiveness in international trade.
