朝鲜矿产资源出口贸易问题分析及对策研究

【摘要】：矿产资源对国民经济和社会发展具有重要作用,是一国社会生产和经济发展的重要物质基础,是人类社会发展的重要物质基础,是国家实力的体现和安全保障,更是国际交往的重要手段。近年来,朝鲜矿产资源出口量的大幅增长促进了国家经济的发展,朝鲜的矿产资源出口贸易对朝鲜的国际收支、经济发展以及国家资源战略具有重要意义,因此,加强对朝鲜矿产资源出口贸易现状及发展趋势的研究就显得尤为重要。本文以朝鲜矿产资源的储备现状为基础,综合考虑了朝鲜的发展情况和基本国内行情,进行了朝鲜矿产资源出口贸易问题及相关对策的研究。本文系统地考察了朝鲜矿产资源出口贸易的现状,并探讨了影响朝鲜矿产资源出口贸易发展的相关因素,同时对中日韩三国的矿产资源出口贸易进行了比较分析,解读了三国对于矿产资源出口贸易的相关措施和政策,进一步根据朝鲜国家的实际情况和笔者所学的知识,为朝鲜国家矿产资源出口贸易的发展提出了一些对策和改善建议,希望为祖国的矿产资源出口贸易的发展提供一定的参考作用,促进国家的经济发展和国际竞争力。
[Abstract]:Mineral resources play an important role in the national economy and social development, are the important material basis of a country's social production and economic development, are the important material basis of the development of human society, and are the embodiment and security guarantee of the national strength. It is also an important means of international communication. In recent years, the export volume of mineral resources of the DPRK has greatly increased the development of the national economy. The export trade of the mineral resources of the DPRK is of great significance to the balance of payments, economic development and the national resource strategy of the DPRK. It is particularly important to strengthen the research on the current situation and development trend of North Korea mineral resource export trade. Based on the present situation of mineral resources reserve in North Korea, this paper comprehensively considers the development of Korea and the basic domestic market, and makes a study on the export trade of mineral resources in Korea and related countermeasures. In this paper, the present situation of North Korea's mineral resource export trade is systematically investigated, and the related factors affecting the development of Korea's mineral resource export trade are discussed. At the same time, the mineral resource export trade of China, Japan and South Korea is compared and analyzed. This paper interprets the relevant measures and policies of the three countries for the export trade of mineral resources, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the export trade of mineral resources in the DPRK, according to the actual situation of the DPRK and the knowledge learned by the author. This paper hopes to provide some reference for the development of mineral resources export trade and promote the national economic development and international competitiveness.
