【摘要】:全球经济的一体化、技术革新的周期日益缩短、以及消费者个性化的需求,使得企业面临的市场环境比以往任何时候都更具有挑战性。为了适应竞争的市场保持企业的持续竞争力,政府提出了“加快企业转型升级,鼓励企业创新”的政策,要求企业加大研发投入,开发出更多更好的产品,以满足日益竞争激烈的市场需求,调整企业在产业链中的位置,增强企业盈利能力,快速发展。新产品开发能力已成为衡量企业创新和可持续发展能力的一项重要指标。新产品的开发是一项风险很大的活动,而且还是复杂的动态过程,存在着大量的不确定因素,需要企业投入大量的资源,一旦新产品开发失败对企业的损失是巨大的。为了使新产品开发能顺利进行,应对新产品开发的全过程实施风险管理。本文从风险管理的角度着重对影响新产品开发项目的风险因素及其项目风险评估方法进行探索性研究,以此期望企业能够认识其新产品开发项目的风险来源,进行风险评估,实施风险控制,为新产品开发项目的风险管理提供参考。 虽然风险对于不断创新的企业来说是客观存在的,也是不可回避的,但是企业完全可以通过对影响其进行新产品发的风险因素加以识别、评估,并建立有效的风险评估和预警保障体系,尽量降低开发项目的风险、规避风险,以维持企业健康发展。本文讨论了新产品开发项目中风险的基本概念,提出了新产品开发项目的风险管理框架;通过以园林工具悬浮式割草机的产品开发为例,详细展示了新产品开发中的风险感知,风险认识,,风险识别,风险分析,风险度量,风险预警,风险应对以及风险评价等过程分析,深入剖析了新产品开发风险的根源:技术相关的不确定性、与需求相关的不确定性、与资金相关的不确定性、竞争对手的、政策环境的和偶发的风险因素,针对这些风险如何进行优化,决策,对抗和降低风险分别论述了详细的风险应对方案。 园林工具产品存在一定的季节性、区域性和标准的统一性,在此类新产品开发风险中存在一定共性,本文提取其共性归纳并构建了园林工具新品开发风险管控体系,为园林工具企业降低新产品开发风险,有效进行新产品开发提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:The integration of the global economy, the shorter cycle of technological innovation and the individualized demand of consumers have made the market environment more challenging than ever before. In order to adapt to the competitive market and maintain the sustainable competitiveness of the enterprise, the government has put forward a policy of "accelerating enterprise transformation and upgrading, encouraging enterprise innovation". The policy requires enterprises to increase their R & D investment and develop more and better products to meet the increasingly competitive market demand, to adjust the position of enterprises in the industrial chain, to enhance the profitability and rapid development of enterprises. The ability of new product development has become an important indicator to measure enterprise innovation and sustainable development ability. A very risky activity, which is a complex dynamic process, has a large number of uncertain factors and needs a large number of enterprises to invest a large amount of resources. Once the failure of the new product development is huge. In order to make the development of the new product smoothly, the whole process of the new product development should be carried out risk management. Although risk exists objectively and can not be avoided, the enterprise can identify, evaluate, and establish an effective risk assessment and early warning system to minimize the risk of the development project and avoid the risk, so as to maintain the enterprise health. This paper discusses the basic concept of risk in the new product development project and puts forward the risk management framework of the new product development project. By taking the product development of the garden tool suspension lawn mower as an example, it shows the risk perception, risk awareness, risk identification, risk analysis, risk measurement and risk early warning in the development of new product. In the process of risk response and risk assessment, the root causes of new product development risk are analyzed, such as technology related uncertainty, uncertainty related to demand, capital related uncertainty, competitors, policy environment and accidental risk factors, and how to optimize, decision, fight, and reduce these risks.
