【摘要】:随着不断的科技进步和经济发展,客户需求不断变化,客户需求产品的复杂性提高,公司都面临着压力,降低成本,缩短交货时间,提高产品质量,改善服务,公司之间的竞争越来越激烈。为了保持自己的竞争优势,许多公司联合原料供应商以及产品分销商,从原料供应商开始,再经产品制造商再到产品分销商,形成一条产品供应链并对供应链加强管理,以提高企业的竞争力。供应链管理与改善越来越受到企业界的重视,如很多企业开始加强与供应商的合作,尤其是与战略供应商保持密切合作关系。因此如何优化企业所在的供应链,改善企业采购管理、库存和物流管理等环节是本文研究的主题。 本文以一个专门从事农业机械制造为主的企业--JD公司作为研究对象,分析其供应链管理现状,并研究其供应链改善的方法。论文首先在概述相关理论的基础上,分析了JD供应链管理运行的现状,分别从供应商管理,,采购管理,库存管理、物流管理入手,研究了企业供应链管理中存在的问题及原因。进一步,对现有的流程和管理现状设计了改进方案,提出了改善措施。最后,对企业供应商管理优化前后的绩效进行了对比,并对供应商进行评价的指标体系建设问题进行了讨论。本论文希望通过研究,在供应链环境下探寻与企业发展战略相适应的供应链管理模式,以期为供应链管理方面的理论和实践提供一定的指导。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of science and technology and economic development, customer demand is constantly changing, the complexity of customer demand products increased, companies are facing pressure to reduce costs, shorten delivery time, improve product quality, improve service, Competition between companies is getting fiercer and fiercer. In order to maintain their competitive advantage, many companies combine raw material suppliers and product distributors, starting with raw material suppliers and then from product manufacturers to product distributors, to form a product supply chain and strengthen its management. In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Supply chain management and improvement are paid more and more attention by enterprises, such as many enterprises begin to strengthen cooperation with suppliers, especially to maintain close cooperation with strategic suppliers. Therefore, how to optimize the supply chain, improve the enterprise procurement management, inventory and logistics management is the topic of this paper. This paper takes JD Company, an enterprise specialized in agricultural machinery manufacturing, as the research object, analyzes the current situation of its supply chain management, and studies the methods of improving its supply chain. Firstly, on the basis of summarizing the relevant theories, this paper analyzes the current situation of JD supply chain management, starting with supplier management, purchasing management, inventory management and logistics management, studies the problems and causes of enterprise supply chain management. Furthermore, the improvement scheme is designed for the current process and management status, and the improvement measures are put forward. Finally, the performance of supplier management before and after optimization is compared, and the construction of supplier evaluation index system is discussed. This paper hopes to explore the supply chain management model suitable to the enterprise development strategy under the supply chain environment, in order to provide some guidance for the theory and practice of supply chain management.
