B公司中国战略供应商选择方法的研究

【摘要】:采购是一项企业与供应商间的企业经营活动,采购业务运转的好坏和供应商水平的高低直接影响着企业的竞争力。尤其是进入21世纪以来,经济全球化趋势越发明显,许多跨国公司开展全球采购业务,此时这些公司越来越注重与其发展战略中所必需的少数具有重要意义的供应商建立合作伙伴关系,以使得其全球业务整体更具竞争优势。汽车行业是对供应商依赖程度较高、全球化比较充分的行业,汽车零部件各级供应商的技术力量、质量管理能力、资金实力、信誉度等很多因素决定了全球汽车行业供应链的运行水平。因此,在汽车零部件行业建立战略供应商选择与共建体系,可以提升采购企业的核心竞争力,也为其战略供应商的长足发展提供了平台,实现了采购者与供应商的共同成长与双赢。 B公司作为汽车零部件一级供应商中的龙头企业,在国际汽车领域保持着技术研发优势和较高的品牌美誉度。B公司全球采购体系拥有充足供应商资源和优越供应链,对B公司的新产品开发、生产成本控制、全球市场拓展、以及全球化最优生产的实现,提供了非常重要的保障。B公司一直非常关注其在中国的业务发展与开拓,大力推进供应链本地化,通过十余年的拓展开发在中国与数百家供应商开展了业务合作,伴随中国业务的深入发展和规模扩大,如何在众多供应商资源中进行评估进而选择出中国战略供应商对B公司业务的长远发展影响意义重大。本文在对B公司自身的采购体系的特点进行分析的基础上,结合汽车机械加工零部件行业特点以及中国零部件供应商的现状,按照层次分析法的思想,建立了B公司中国汽车机械加工零部件战略供应商选择模型。此模型的建立和应用,有助于实现有效的战略供应商选择与共建,持续优化B公司的采购决策效率,优化中国供应链。同时,这个选择模型的建立对于中国汽车零部件行业其他公司战略供应商选择具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Procurement is a business activity between enterprises and suppliers. The operation of procurement business and the level of suppliers directly affect the competitiveness of enterprises. Especially since entering the 21st century, the trend of economic globalization has become more and more obvious. At this time, these companies pay more and more attention to establishing partnerships with a small number of important suppliers necessary for their development strategy, in order to make their global business more competitive. The automotive industry is a highly dependent and globalized industry. Suppliers at all levels of automotive parts have the technical strength, quality management capability, and financial strength. Credit rating and many other factors determine the operating level of the global automotive industry supply chain. Therefore, the establishment of strategic supplier selection and co-construction system in auto parts industry can enhance the core competitiveness of purchasing enterprises and provide a platform for the rapid development of strategic suppliers. It realizes the common growth and win-win of the buyers and suppliers. As one of the leading suppliers of automotive parts, company B maintains the advantage of technology research and development and high brand reputation in the international automotive field. The global purchasing system of company B has sufficient supplier resources and superior supply chain. New product development, production cost control, global market expansion, and the realization of global optimal production of Company B have provided a very important guarantee. B has been very concerned about its business development and development in China. Through more than a decade of expansion and development, we have carried out business cooperation with hundreds of suppliers in China, with the further development and expansion of our business in China. It is of great significance to evaluate the resources of many suppliers and select Chinese strategic suppliers for the long term development of B Company. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the purchasing system of Company B, combined with the characteristics of the automotive machining parts industry and the present situation of the Chinese parts suppliers, according to the thought of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), The strategic supplier selection model of China Automotive Machining parts for B Company is established. The establishment and application of this model will help to achieve effective strategic supplier selection and co-construction, continuously optimize the purchasing decision-making efficiency of Company B, and optimize the supply chain in China. At the same time, the establishment of the selection model for other companies in China auto parts industry strategic supplier selection has reference significance.
