【摘要】:正汽车是一种支出较大的耐用消费品,消费者的期望使用年限较长。国家最新的汽车"三包"规定加大了对消费者权益的保护力度,但消费者面临的汽车故障风险依然很大。如何管理"三包"期之后的汽车故障风险,成为一个重要问题,而汽车延长保修(以下简称"汽车延保")可以分散和转移这种风险。中国汽车延保市场的现状和主要问题汽车延保在中国是一个新兴事物,最初是作为一种促销的手段由汽车厂商或汽车经销商提供。2008年左右,一些专业汽车延保公司的成立标志着中国的汽车延保市场开始向专业化方向发展。
[Abstract]:Positive car is a kind of consumer durable goods with large expenditure, and the expected life of consumers is longer. The country's latest "three guarantees" regulations have increased the protection of consumers' rights and interests, but consumers still face a high risk of vehicle failure. How to manage the risk of automobile failure after the period of "three guarantees" has become an important problem, and the extended warranty (hereinafter referred to as "extended warranty") can disperse and transfer this risk. The current situation and main problems of China's Automobile extension Insurance Market Auto extension Insurance is a new thing in China, initially provided by automobile manufacturers or car dealers as a means of promotion. The establishment of some professional auto extension companies marks the beginning of the development of China's auto extension insurance market.
