基于信息技术的精益生产推进应用研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术迅猛发展,信息技术应用改变了企业传统业务流程和工作方法,企业信息化已成为企业发展的必然趋势;同时,产品市场多元化和消费者个性化需求使传统大批量生产方式不能适应这种市场需求变化,多品种、小批量生产的精益生产方式取而代之成为企业生产的主流。如何将企业信息化与精益生产方式相结合应用,实现企业精益信息化,已成为越来越多企业学习和研究的内容,也是本论文研究的目的和内容。 本论文对H公司精益信息化生产管理进行研究,研究核心为公司精益信息化生产管理推行过程和方法。全文共分六大部分,第一部分是绪论,提出研究意义及介绍国内外研究状况;第二部分是精益生产理论概述,介绍了精益生产理念、精益生产技术方法与工具;第三部分是H公司实施精益信息化的相关性分析及拟定实施方案;第四部分是H公司精益信息化生产实施过程,从订单履行架构优化、库存优化、供应链采购优化及流程再造四方面对公司精益信息化生产展开深入研究和分析;第五部分是H公司车间信息管理系统开发,对再造后的流程实施标准工作流程和看板管理,,进一步推进精益生产;第六部分是结论部分,对H公司精益信息化实施效果评价及目前推行中存在一些的问题进行分析总结。 本论文通过对H公司精益信息化生产管理实施前后状况对比,结果表明,H公司通过精益信息化实施对车间作业现场管理改善、缩短交货周期、减少生产场地面积、提高生产效率、减少库存等方面取得重大改善,成绩值得肯定。本文H公司精益信息化实施方法和思路对其它企业在今后实施精益信息化生产管理具有重要指导意义,但是由于不同企业的背景、文化、环境、产品特性、员工素质等因素不同,实施方法不尽完全相同,不可生搬硬套,要结合企业自身特点和状况,选择适合公司自己的方法推行精益信息化生产。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the application of information technology has changed the traditional business processes and working methods of enterprises. Enterprise informatization has become an inevitable trend of enterprise development. The diversification of product market and the individualized demand of consumers make the traditional mass production mode unable to adapt to the change of market demand. The lean production mode of multi-variety and small-batch production has become the mainstream of enterprise production. How to combine enterprise informatization and lean production mode to realize enterprise lean information has become the content of more and more enterprises' study and research, and is also the purpose and content of this paper. This paper studies the lean information production management of H Company, the core of which is the implementation process and method of lean information production management. The paper is divided into six parts: the first part is introduction, the second part is the introduction of lean production theory, the introduction of lean production concept, the method and tools of lean production technology. The third part is the correlation analysis of the implementation of Lean Informatization in H Company and the formulation of the implementation plan; the fourth part is the implementation process of Lean Informatization production in H Company, from the order fulfillment structure optimization, inventory optimization, Supply chain procurement optimization and process reengineering four aspects of the company lean information production in-depth research and analysis; the fifth part is the H company workshop information management system development, after the reengineering process implementation of standard workflow and Kanban management, The sixth part is the conclusion part, which analyzes and summarizes the effect evaluation and some problems existing in the implementation of lean informatization in H Company. Through the comparison of the situation before and after the implementation of lean information production management in H Company, the results show that the company improves the on-site management of the workshop through lean information management, shortens the delivery period and reduces the area of the production site. Improve production efficiency, reduce inventory and other aspects of major improvements, achievements are commendable. This article H company lean information implementation method and the thought has the important instruction significance to the other enterprise in the future implementation lean information production management, but because of the different enterprise background, the culture, the environment, the product characteristic, Different factors, such as the quality of employees, the implementation method is not exactly the same, can not be mechanically applied, we should combine the characteristics and conditions of the enterprise itself, select suitable methods for the company's own implementation of lean information production.
