油田公司钻井成本精细化管理探讨

【摘要】：油田公司的钻井施工是一项多工序、多部门、层层分解的系统工程。具有高风险、高投入和技术先进的特点。随着钻探区块含油率逐步减少，钻采工艺多样化发展，钻井成本管理的难度也逐步增加。随着时代的发展和环境的需要，如何使石油公司立足于国际市场，在竞争中争取主动，是油田公司必须考虑的问题。为了在竞争中求发展，对公司的钻井成本实施精细化管理，实施新办法，，提升新工艺已然势在必行。本文对当前油田公司石油成本管理现状进行分析，结合精细化管理理论，依据传统作业成本管理模式，构建了一个预算全面、部门职能明确、节点管控重点突出、层层分解落实的管理体系。以期能适用于当下公司的管理思想，提速油气勘探开发，实现低成本的可持续发展战略。
[Abstract]:Drilling construction in oil field company is a multi process, multi department and layered system engineering. It has the characteristics of high risk, high investment and advanced technology. With the gradual decrease of oil content in drilling block, the drilling and mining technology is diversified and the difficulty of drilling cost management is gradually increasing.
With the development of the times and the need of the environment, how to make oil companies in the international market and strive for initiative in the competition is a problem that the oil companies must consider. In order to develop the competition in the competition, it is imperative to implement a new method and improve the new technology.
In this paper, the present situation of oil cost management in oil field company is analyzed. Based on the fine management theory and the traditional operation cost management model, a comprehensive budget, a clear department function, the emphasis on the management and control of the node and the management system which are decomposed by layers are constructed. This is expected to apply to the management thought of the present company and speed up the exploration of oil and gas. Developing and realizing the low cost sustainable development strategy.
