A化工企业丁基橡胶项目可行性分析及风险评价研究

【摘要】:丁基橡胶最早是在1943年由美国的一家名叫Exxon的公司进行生产的,第二年,加拿大的公司利用美国的技术也进行了丁基橡胶的生产。目前,世界上只有美国、德国、俄罗斯和意大利4个国家拥有丁基橡胶生产技术,在国际市场上,Exxon公司和Bayer公司的丁基橡胶产品处于垄断地位,生产能力约占世界总生产能力的80%,此外,这两大公司在新产品和新技术的开发方面也处于世界领先地位。目前,我国只有中国石化燕山石油化工公司合成橡胶厂一家生产企业,产量不能满足国内实际生产的需求,每年都要大量进口,开发利用前景广阔。 我国的丁基橡胶项目还处在起步阶段,很多方面仍需要进一步探索,在这样的背景条件下,A化工企业的丁基橡胶项目是在借鉴国外的经济技术的条件下,加强国内自主研发,具有填补国内产业空白的重要意义。 本文通过对A化工企业丁基橡胶项目情况的详细分析,说明该项目是基本可行的,同时对该企业丁基橡胶项目的风险因素进行了主成分分析,,进而得出结论:项目的环境影响、项目的可行性及其发展前景对项目的影响最大,项目的实施条件、企业的经济效益、技术能力和项目的经验对于项目的影响较大,相对而言,企业的销售能力、企业的信誉和管理能力对项目的影响最弱。在此基础上,本文提出应加强对政策风险、市场风险、资金风险和经营风险的控制,同时还提出了应充分重视项目的环境影响、完善企业的风险管理信息系统、增强企业的软硬实力的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Butyl rubber was first produced in 1943 by a company called Exxon in the United States. The following year, Canadian companies also used American technology to produce butyl rubber. At present, only the United States, Germany, Russia and Italy have the production technology of butyl rubber in the world. In the international market, the butyl rubber products of Exxon and Bayer are in a monopoly position. The two companies are also world leaders in the development of new products and technologies. At present, there is only one production enterprise in the synthetic rubber plant of Yanshan Petrochemical Company of Sinopec in China, and the output can not meet the actual production demand in China, so it must be imported in large quantities every year, so it has a bright prospect of development and utilization. The butyl rubber project in our country is still in its infancy, and many aspects still need to be further explored. Under such background conditions, the butyl rubber project in the chemical industry of China is to strengthen domestic independent research and development under the conditions of drawing lessons from foreign economic technology. It is of great significance to fill in the blank of domestic industry. Through the detailed analysis of the situation of butyl rubber project in A chemical enterprise, it is proved that the project is basically feasible. At the same time, the risk factors of butyl rubber project in this enterprise are analyzed by principal component analysis, and the conclusion is drawn that: the environmental impact of the project, The feasibility of the project and its development prospects have the greatest impact on the project. The conditions for the implementation of the project, the economic benefits of the enterprise, the technical capability and the experience of the project have a great impact on the project. The reputation and management ability of the enterprise have the weakest impact on the project. On this basis, this paper puts forward that we should strengthen the control of policy risk, market risk, capital risk and management risk, at the same time, we should pay full attention to the environmental impact of the project and perfect the risk management information system of the enterprise. Strengthen the enterprise's soft and hard power policy recommendations.
