低碳背景下发电企业能源效率评价及改进策略研究

【摘要】:当前,我国工业化和城镇化正处在快速发展的关键时期,能源问题日益突出。同时,随着国际社会对气候变化问题的日益关注,使低碳经济发展模式备受瞩目。低碳经济是一项立足于人类可持续发展的能源经济变革,提高能源效率是发展低碳经济的重要保证。因此,如何提高能源效率是时下发展低碳经济的核心内容之一。电力行业需要消耗大量的一次能源和排放大量的污染物,因此成为节能降耗和污染物减排的重点领域。我国电力企业尤其是发电企业的节能减排形势十分严峻,因此,研究低碳背景下发电企业的能源效率问题具有十分重要的现实意义。 首先,进行发电企业当前的能源效率现状分析。首先阐述我国发电企业当前的能源效率现状,主要针对当前研究下的技术经济性指标进行分析。然后对我国企业的能源效率的影响因素进行分析,进而分析发电企业在能源效率方面存在的问题。在总结现有研究的基础上指出现有研究的不足之处,引出下一部分对发电企业能源效率评价的研究。 其次,进行低碳背景下发电企业能源效率综合评价研究。本部分在上一部分的基础上进行量化的能源效率影响因素分析。首先基于影响因素建立发电企业节能评价指标体系,从技术经济、环境污染、能源计量三个方面选取最具代表性的13个指标进行评价。在此基础上,对发电企业能源效率综合评价方法进行比较与选择,并确定适用的评价方法灰色关联TOPSIS法。选取五大发电集团中五个上市公司作为评价指标基础数据,对其进行能源效率评价。对实证研究结果进行有效性检验,得出技术进步是影响发电企业能源效率的主导因素。 最后,进行发电企业能源效率的改进策略研究。基于发电企业中能源效率的重要地位,探索出提高发电企业能源效率的有效手段。通过上一部分的分析,得出应重点提高能源效率过程中的技术含量。同时指明,技术进步并不是节能减排的唯一手段,还要建立完善的节能管理体系,加强发电企业的节能管理。最后提出以技术为支撑,辅之以其他能源效率调控手段的基于能源效率的发电企业低碳经济发展对策。
[Abstract]:At present, China's industrialization and urbanization is in a critical period of rapid development, energy problems are increasingly prominent. At the same time, with the increasing attention of the international community to the issue of climate change, low-carbon economic development model has attracted much attention. Low-carbon economy is a transformation of energy economy based on the sustainable development of human beings. Improving energy efficiency is an important guarantee for the development of low-carbon economy. Therefore, how to improve energy efficiency is one of the core contents of developing low-carbon economy. The power industry needs to consume a lot of primary energy and emit a lot of pollutants, so it becomes the key area of energy saving and pollutant reduction. The situation of energy saving and emission reduction in Chinese power enterprises, especially in power generation enterprises, is very severe. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the energy efficiency of power generation enterprises under the low carbon background. Firstly, the current energy efficiency of power generation enterprises is analyzed. Firstly, the current situation of energy efficiency of power generation enterprises in China is described, and the technical and economic indexes under current research are analyzed. Then the factors affecting energy efficiency of Chinese enterprises are analyzed, and the problems in energy efficiency of power generation enterprises are analyzed. On the basis of summarizing the existing research, this paper points out the shortcomings of the existing research, and leads to the next part of the research on energy efficiency evaluation of power generation enterprises. Secondly, the comprehensive evaluation of energy efficiency of power generation enterprises under low carbon background is studied. This part carries on the quantitative energy efficiency influence factor analysis on the basis of the previous part. Firstly, based on the influencing factors, the energy conservation evaluation index system of power generation enterprises is established, and the 13 most representative indexes are selected from three aspects: technical economy, environmental pollution and energy measurement. On this basis, the comprehensive evaluation methods of energy efficiency of power generation enterprises are compared and selected, and the suitable evaluation method is determined by grey correlation TOPSIS method. Five listed companies in five power generation groups are selected as the basic data to evaluate their energy efficiency. The validity of the empirical research results shows that technological progress is the dominant factor affecting the energy efficiency of power generation enterprises. Finally, the improvement strategy of energy efficiency of power generation enterprises is studied. Based on the important position of energy efficiency in power generation enterprises, the effective means to improve energy efficiency of power generation enterprises are explored. Through the analysis of the above part, it is concluded that the technical content in the process of energy efficiency should be improved. At the same time, it is pointed out that technological progress is not the only means of energy saving and emission reduction. It is necessary to establish a perfect energy saving management system and strengthen the energy saving management of power generation enterprises. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of low-carbon economy development based on energy efficiency, supported by technology and supplemented by other means of energy efficiency regulation and control.
