基本流行服装产品库存及配送整合优化研究

【摘要】:服装产品在居民日常生活和国家产业经济中占据着重要地位。随着经济发展,服装生产技术有了更大进步,生活水平提高也使消费者对服装的关注不再仅仅停留在御寒保暖层面,而更加注重时尚和流行元素,这些转变使得服装产品的流行性和时尚性特点凸显,产品生命周期大大缩短,经营服装产品的企业面临着一系列的经营管理问题,集中体现在库存控制和配送管理上。持有适量的库存是企业顺利开展经营活动的基础,但库存过多又会占用大量资金,带来诸多麻烦。配送将供应和销售结合起来,是物流系统中的一个重要环节,服装产品生产集中、销售分散,销售门店需求呈小批量、多批次、多品种特点,这要求服装企业必须重视配送管理。 库存和配送是两项重要的物流活动,在物流成本中占很大比重,因此这两个问题长期以来都是物流学和运筹学研究的经典问题,并取得了十分显著的成果,对于一般的产品而言,已有相应的模型和比较理想的算法。但由于二者之间存在效益悖反关系,单纯的库存控制和配送优化并不能确保整个系统的优化,因此研究库存-配送整合优化问题尤为重要。目前,国内外学者对于库存-配送整合优化问题的研究已经取得了不小的成就,但结合产品特征的研究成果相对较少。 基本流行服装产品在整个服装产业中占据着很大的比重,,消费群体大,本文从总结基本流行服装产品的特点及其物流特征入手,分析此类产品在库存及配送管理方面的现状及存在的问题,在前人研究的基础上,建立单周期库存-配送整合优化模型。基本流行服装产品时尚性较强、生命周期短等特征致使其在储存过程中,如果不能很好的贴合市场需求,产品价值便会下降,产生贬值损失。因此本文在模型建立中引入价值贬值成本,以更好的贴合产品特征和实际情况。 基于遗传算法在组合优化问题中表现出很好的鲁棒性、全局最优性和隐含并行性等特点,本文对所构建的模型采用遗传算法进行求解,利用MATLAB对算法进行编程,构建算例并予以分析。结果表明,通过对各零售门店订购量进行组合试探有利于系统的期望库存及配送总成本降低,同时,整合效果受到车辆装载能力、单位运价、单个零售门店配送需求量等因素的影响。
[Abstract]:Clothing products play an important role in the daily life of residents and national industrial economy. With the development of economy, more progress has been made in garment production technology, and the improvement of living standard has also made consumers pay more attention to fashion and fashion than to the warm and cold. These changes highlight the characteristics of fashion and popularity of clothing products and shorten the product life cycle greatly. Enterprises engaged in clothing products are faced with a series of management problems which are mainly reflected in inventory control and distribution management. Holding the right amount of inventory is the basis for the enterprise to carry out business activities smoothly, but excessive inventory will occupy a lot of capital and bring a lot of trouble. Distribution, which combines supply with sales, is an important link in the logistics system. Clothing products are concentrated in production, sales are dispersed, and the demand for sales stores is small batch, multi-batch and multi-variety. This request clothing enterprise must attach importance to distribution management. Inventory and distribution are two important logistics activities, which account for a large proportion of logistics costs. Therefore, these two issues have long been the classic problems of logistics and operations research, and have achieved very significant results. For general products, there are corresponding models and ideal algorithms. However, because of the contrary benefit relationship between the two systems, simple inventory control and distribution optimization can not ensure the optimization of the whole system, so it is particularly important to study the optimization of inventory and distribution integration. At present, scholars at home and abroad have made great achievements in the research of inventory and distribution integration optimization, but the research results based on product characteristics are relatively few. The basic fashion products occupy a large proportion in the whole clothing industry, and the consumption groups are large. This paper begins with the summary of the characteristics of the basic popular clothing products and the characteristics of their logistics. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of inventory and distribution management of this kind of products. Based on the previous studies, a single cycle inventory-distribution integration optimization model is established. The characteristics of fashion and short life cycle of the basic fashion products lead to the decline of product value and the loss of depreciation in the storage process if it can not meet the market demand very well. So this paper introduces the cost of devaluing in order to better fit the characteristics of the product and the actual situation. Based on the good robustness, global optimality and implicit parallelism of genetic algorithm in combinatorial optimization problems, genetic algorithm is used to solve the model, and MATLAB is used to program the algorithm. An example is constructed and analyzed. The results show that the combination of the order volume of each retail store is beneficial to reduce the expected inventory and total distribution cost of the system, at the same time, the integration effect is affected by the vehicle loading capacity and the unit freight rate.
