宁夏A供电公司员工培训体系研究

【摘要】:人才是企业的核心竞争力。然而,投入与产出不一定成正比,许多企业耗费大量时间、人力、财力开展培训,却没有取得预期的效果,根本原因是没有建立有效的培训体系,员工培训还停留在“头痛医头脚痛医脚”的阶段。 虽然有关培训体系的理论研究很多,但针对供电企业的较少。供电属于技术密集型、高危险行业,一些岗位的员工培训直接影响企业的安全生产和经营目标能否实现。近几年,宁夏A供电公司的员工培训工作从培训频次、员工参学率等方面都有了很大的提升,建立了有本企业特点的培训体系,为员工成长成才提供了平台,增强了企业活力和凝聚力。但与公司发展战略目标的需要相比,宁夏A供电公司的培训体系仍不能很好的发挥作用,培训效果与预期还有差距。如何解决这些问题,完善宁夏A供电公司员工培训体系,成为公司人力资源管理的当务之急。 本文从培训的相关理论入手,主要运用调查法和案例研究法,对宁夏A供电公司培训体系现状从培训制度体系、课程体系、资源体系、运作流程四个方面进行剖析,并指出公司在培训需求、培训内容、培训方式、培训效果评估、培训考核与激励、培训成果转化等方面存在的现实问题。针对这些具体问题,借鉴国内外企业的先进培训经验,从培训需求分析、丰富培训内容、方式、完善培训效果评估、采取激励措施等方面提出相应的完善对策,使培训工作真正能够满足员工和企业共同发展的需要。 在深化国有企业改革、可持续发展的大背景下,本文对宁夏A供电公司培训体系的完善建议,能为有类似需求的供电企业提供参考,对其他改革、发展中的老牌国有企业建立健全科学的培训体系也有借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, the input and output are not necessarily proportional, many enterprises spend a lot of time, human and financial resources to carry out training, but did not achieve the desired results, the root cause is the lack of an effective training system. Staff training also stays in the "head and foot pain treatment" stage. Although there are a lot of theoretical research on training system, but few for power supply enterprises. Power supply is a technology intensive and high dangerous industry. The training of some positions directly affects the safety of production and operation. In recent years, the staff training work of Ningxia A Power supply Company has greatly improved in terms of training frequency, employee participation rate, and so on. A training system with the characteristics of its own enterprise has been established, which provides a platform for staff to grow up and become talented. Enhanced enterprise vitality and cohesion. However, the training system of Ningxia A Power supply Company can not play a good role compared with the needs of the company's development strategic goal, and the training effect is still far from expected. How to solve these problems and perfect the staff training system of Ningxia A Power supply Company has become the urgent task of the company's human resource management. Starting with the relevant theory of training, this paper mainly applies the investigation method and the case study method to analyze the present situation of the training system of Ningxia A Power supply Company from four aspects: training system, curriculum system, resource system and operation process. It also points out the practical problems in the aspects of training demand, training content, training method, training effect evaluation, training examination and motivation, training achievement transformation and so on. Aiming at these specific problems, this paper draws lessons from the advanced training experience of domestic and foreign enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding perfect countermeasures from the aspects of training demand analysis, enriching the training contents and methods, perfecting the training effect evaluation, taking the incentive measures, etc. So that the training work can really meet the needs of the common development of employees and enterprises. Under the background of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises and sustainable development, this paper provides some suggestions for the improvement of the training system of Ningxia A Power supply Company, which can provide a reference for the power supply enterprises with similar needs and other reforms. Developing old-brand state-owned enterprises to establish a sound scientific training system also has reference value.
