我国新型工业化测度探析

【摘要】：我国在进入工业化中期发展阶段后,工业化战略选择面临着新的挑战,信息时代的中国迫切需要一个紧跟时代步伐的新型工业化道路。新型工业化道路是当下工业发展的必由之路。在这种情况下,进行新型工业化测度研究,并认真总结新型工业化的现状、分析新型工业化存在的问题,充分发挥产业创新在我国各地区推进新型工业化的作用,对于统筹推进全国新工业的发展与转变,总体推进新型工业化和全面建成小康社会无疑具有重大意义。本文首先从新型工业化的内涵与特征入手,通过传统与新型工业化的对比,指出了传统产业的机器化、重工业化、消耗性、间断性、污染化、物本化、二元化等特征,以及新型工业化背景下的产业信息化、转化性、服务化、盈利性、循环化、生态化、人本化、城乡一体化等特征,明确了传统和新型工业化背景下产业不同特点。在此基础上,本文提出了新型工业化测度指标,从四个角度进行把握,分别是包括信息性和城乡一体化指标的新型工业化规模性测度,包括盈利性和人本性指标的新型工业化盈利性测度,包括服务性指标的新型工业化结构性测度以及包括转化性、循环性和生态性指标的新型工业化转化性测度,并继而探析新型工业化的测度指标及模型。随后本文分别从我国发达地区、老工业基地以及不发达地区三个方面进行新型工业化测度指标的计算,分析各地区新型工业化测度指标数据,并以此为基础,剖析不同发达程度的地区存在的问题,继而试图提出对今后新型工业化事业发展的调整进路。
[Abstract]:After entering the middle stage of industrialization, China is facing new challenges in the choice of industrialization strategy. In the information age, China urgently needs a new industrialization road to keep up with the pace of the times. The road of new industrialization is the only way of industrial development. In this case, we should study the measurement of new-type industrialization, sum up the present situation of new-type industrialization, analyze the existing problems of new-type industrialization, and give full play to the role of industrial innovation in promoting new-type industrialization in all regions of our country. It is of great significance to promote the development and transformation of national new industry as a whole, to promote the new industrialization and to build a well-off society in an all-round way. Starting with the connotation and characteristics of new industrialization, this paper points out the characteristics of traditional industry, such as mechanization, heavy industry, consummation, discontinuity, pollution, materialization, dualization and so on, through the comparison between traditional and new industrialization, and points out the characteristics of traditional industry such as mechanization, heavy industry, consummation, discontinuity, pollution, materialization and dualization. And the characteristics of industry informatization, transformation, service, profitability, circulation, ecology, humanization, urban-rural integration and so on under the background of new industrialization, this paper clarifies the different characteristics of industry under the background of traditional and new industrialization. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward the new industrialization measure index, which can be grasped from four angles, that is, the new industrialization scale measure including information and urban-rural integration index. New industrialization profitability measures including profitability and human nature indicators, including new industrialization structural measures of service indicators and new industrialization transformation measures including transformative, circular and ecological indicators. And then analyzes the new industrialization measurement indicators and models. Then this paper calculates the index of new-type industrialization from three aspects of developed region, old industrial base and underdeveloped area, analyzes the index data of new-type industrialization measure in each region, and takes this as the basis. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the regions with different degrees of development, and then attempts to put forward the way to adjust the development of the new industrialization in the future.
