【摘要】：中国植棉历史悠久,是世界上棉纺织业发达的国家之一。新中国成立后,人民物质文化生活水平不断提升,社会用棉量增加、棉田面积增加,单位面积产量提升,棉花在国民经济建设中的地位举足轻重。棉花在初加工过程中经历了从个体小作坊式的手工劳动,逐步发展成为使用蒸汽机,内燃机和电动机传动的工业化生产阶段,逐步实现了轧花、剥绒、榨油及副产品精深细加工的"一条龙"工业系统。加工向现代化信息化的高新技术转化,工艺上朝全封闭、自动化的方向发展。
[Abstract]:China has a long history of cotton planting and is one of the developed countries in cotton textile industry in the world. Since the founding of New China, the people's material and cultural living standards have been continuously improved, the amount of cotton used in society has increased, the area of cotton fields has increased, and the output per unit area has increased. Cotton plays an important role in the construction of the national economy. In the process of initial processing, cotton experienced manual labor from individual and small workshop, and gradually developed into the industrial production stage of using steam engine, internal combustion engine and motor drive, and gradually realized the rolling and peeling. Oil and by-products of the deep and fine processing of the "one-stop" industrial system. Processing to modern information-based high-tech transformation, the process towards a completely closed, automation direction.
