生产性服务贸易对我国装备制造业竞争力影响分析

【摘要】：随着全球产业的转移和国家产业政策的大力支持，我国装备制造业已经跻身世界装备制造业大国行列，并逐步成为我国发展最迅速、增长最快的行业之一。在装备制造业不断发展的过程中，社会专业化分工也在不断加深，生产性服务逐渐从生产中剥离出来，，作为独立产业投入并支持装备制造业的发展，提高装备制造业竞争力的手段也在发生改变。本文首先界定了生产性服务贸易和装备制造业的定义，并分析我国服务贸易、生产性服务贸易以及装备制造业竞争力现状，并分别从技术溢出效应、产业结构效应、规模效应、人力资本积累效应以及制度效应五个方面分析生产性服务贸易对装备制造业竞争力的作用和影响机制。本文的实证分析部分，以1998-2010年我国生产性服务贸易和装备制造业时间序列数据为基础，首先应用因子分析法对我国装备制造业的整体竞争力水平进行了量化的评价，从评价结果可以看出，1998-2010年我国装备制造业竞争力水平总体上呈现逐年提高的趋势；其次分别从生产性服务贸易总体和分行业角度对生产性服务进出口值和装备制造业竞争力数据进行单位根（Unit Root）检验、协整（cointegration）检验以及格兰杰（Granger）因果分析。最后得到的结论是：我国生产性服务贸易与装备制造业竞争力在总体上具有稳定的长期均衡关系；在短期内前者对后者的正向影响较为显著，后者对前者作用并不明显；而从长期水平来看，两者存在长期稳定的互动发展关系。分行业分析后得出：建筑服务、保险服务、金融服务以及专有权使用和特许服务贸易对装备制造业竞争力的影响效果较显著。
[Abstract]:With the transfer of global industries and the support of national industrial policies, China's equipment manufacturing industry has become one of the largest countries in the world, and has gradually become one of the fastest developing and fastest growing industries in China. In the process of continuous development of equipment manufacturing industry, the division of labor of social specialization is also deepening, the productive services are gradually stripped out from production, as an independent industry input and support the development of equipment manufacturing industry. The means of improving the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry are also changing. This paper first defines the definition of productive service trade and equipment manufacturing industry, and analyzes the present situation of China's service trade, productive service trade and equipment manufacturing industry competitiveness, and respectively from the technology spillover effect, industrial structure effect, scale effect. The effects of human capital accumulation and institutional effects on the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry are analyzed. In the part of empirical analysis, based on the time series data of China's productive services trade and equipment manufacturing industry from 1998 to 2010, a quantitative evaluation of the overall competitiveness level of China's equipment manufacturing industry is carried out by using factor analysis. From the evaluation results, we can see that the competitiveness level of China's equipment manufacturing industry has been increasing year by year from 1998 to 2010. Secondly, the unit root test, cointegration integration test and Granger causality analysis of the import and export value of productive services and the competitiveness data of equipment manufacturing industry are carried out from the perspective of total and sub-industry of productive services trade respectively. The final conclusions are as follows: there is a stable long-term equilibrium relationship between China's productive services trade and the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in general, the former has a significant positive impact on the latter in the short term, and the latter has no obvious effect on the former. From the long-term level, there is a long-term stable interaction between the two. The results show that construction services, insurance services, financial services, exclusive use and franchising trade have a significant effect on the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry.
